Horrible experience at Park Ford when I had my shocks

Horrible experience at Park Ford when I had my shocks replaced last Friday, June 13. Driving out of the parking lot the car began to vibrate and I heard terrible noise coming from the back end. I turned around and pulled back into the garage. As I explained to the manager what was happening, the mechanic drove the car back to the bay and we both witnessed the rear wheel wobbling. It was clear that the wheel was about to fall off. Had I not turned around and driven right back into the garage, I could have caused a collision, possibly rolled over or had a severe accident. The mechanic was negligent and never did a test drive after he ?completed ? his work. The manager apologized, said this should never have happened, and told me his manager would call me by Tuesday, June 17, with a refund. To date, this has not happened. I have purchased my last 2 cars from Park and often had repairs and routine maintenance done there, but will not be back and warn others to stay away from this dealership.

I’m sorry but I’m sitting in the waiting room while my

I’m sorry but I’m sitting in the waiting room while my car is being worked on and I hear someone gaging or trying to cough something up. The first couple of times I was thinking oh lord I hope this person is ok. Then I hear others laughing. Something like that is gross and they should be respectful to customers. Also, I think this place is great, but that was discussing. It went on for about 10 mins.

We were fortunate to work with Mike Iemma, Ty Davis, Dominick Macreno, and Tracy Seery — each of them made us feel genuinely valued and completely at home. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and care they showed made us feel like family. My husband first made contact with Mike Iemma, it's rare to find someone in his position who takes the time to personally connect with customers and ensure they feel genuinely cared for. His leadership showed not just in how he managed things, but in the way he treated us—with kindness, respect, and a hands-on approach that made a lasting impression. You have to be one of the WORST Service departments of

You have to be one of the WORST Service departments of any Ford Dealership I have ever dealt with. Through the years that I've dealt with you with my wife's car (which I bought new there in 2012 and also 2 new tricks in 2014 & 2015) and both of my trucks. There always seem to be an issue of some kind that is really xxxxxxxx! Your mechanics are so unprofessional, worthless at problem solving and inexperienced and or untrained even for an oil change and simple tire rotation. Your mechanics I HAVE GIVEN THIS DEALERSHIP MORE THAN IT'S FAIR SHARE OF CHANCES....THIS IS THE LAST STRAW! PARK FORD WILL "NEVER" GET ANY BUSINESS FROM ME, MY FAMILY, FRIENDS OR ANYONE I EVER SPEAK TO ABOUT HAVING ANY WORK DONE TO A FORD AUTOMOBILE !

My car blew an engine and everybody from the service to the sales departments, and even the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. They offered sound advice to help me weigh the cost of repairs versus the purchase of a new car. I'm now driving a new Bronco Sport and couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone at Park Ford!

Got the works done on my F-150.

Got the works done on my F-150. Mechanic did a nice job filmiing and explaining all of the major components of my truck. He also did a nice job evaluating the wear and tear. I am a committed customer to Park Ford.

What an incredible salesperson in Ty Davis. We purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer and we couldn't be happier!! This is the first car we have bought from Park Ford, but I know it will NOT be the last. Ty is a very knowledgeable and personable sales person that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him. In addition, we met with Dominic, the Sr. Sales Manager who valued the trade-in we were trading in and he was also one that put you at ease. Tracy Sellers is one who does an excellent job in the finance dept. Finally, the owner Mike needs to be commended for the facility that he owns and runs. He has a tremendous all around staff that places the customer first. Having bought cars for over 45 years now, I know that Park Ford will be the ONLY place to go in the future.
