Bought a new truck this weekend from Serpentini Chevy in Tallmadge. Do not buy a vehicle from this place unless you want to get taken advantage of. We have bought GM vehicles for 30 years and have never had such a bad experience. I bought a truck and with all the offers/discounts, plus my GM employee pricing discount should have been around $38000. When I was done the price was over $48000. They informed me they were not going to honor my Employee pricing discount after avoiding the question all day because GM motors stopped honoring it. My brother bought a tuck from a different Chevy dealer in stow where we always buy and will continue to buy after this place a month prior and received it. They also snuck in a $5300 tire and wheel protection package that we never talked about, but when I brought it to their attention they lied and said we talked about it. They said they could take it off and I would receive a refund on the principal instead of redoing the loan amount for $5300 less. I would still be paying for it and they still receive the money for selling it. I left a voicemail for the gm and 2 days later never received a call back. This basically sums up how this place is being ran if you can’t even get a response from a manager. What a joke this place is and a bunch of thieves.
Misrepresents vehicle to get you on the lot
Called and scheduled a time to look at a 2017 Audi Q7 that was being sold by this dealership. Asked many question about the car prior to making the drive to see the vehicle. Was told that the vehicle was in great shape. On arrival to the dealership it was apparent from across the parking lot that the vehicle had damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. Total waste of my time;.
Staff was very helpful, Very nice. willing to do everything to make me and my wife feel comfortable.
I contacted this dealership to purchase a 2019 Outback that they had for sale. Sepentini is a Chevy dealership so I was very specific that this was the only car I was interested in. I live an hour from Tallmadge so I called to make sure that the car was available before I drove out there. They confirmed that the car was on the lot and scheduled a time for me to test drive. They even sent me an email confirming this. I drove out there and was told that the car had already been sold that morning. All my communications with the dealer occurred after 1:00 pm so they knew that the vehicle had been sold. The salesperson was completely indifferent to the inconvenience that they had caused me and asked me if I wanted to look at something else. In my opinion, they lied to me to get me on the lot so that they could try to sell me something. I emailed them a complaint to give them a chance to explain what happened and received no response. Completely unethical. I would stay away.

Do not buy a car here. Salesperson Cooper and sales manager Jon were dishonest with me about something very important. I believed them and bought the car on Saturday. On Monday I found out I was lied to and I tried to return it and sales manager Jon said I couldn't return it. I am now stuck with 2 car payments. The salesperson Cooper was very pushy and dishonest and I felt pushed into the deal. Not a good experience at all. I was treated very poorly.

The salesman was to pushy and would not answer my questions. He kept trying to get me to sign papers before he wanted to move on.

Best car buying experience
Excellent service and sales. Nate and Drew treated us like family. I recommend you purchase and service your cars with them! I drove 45 minutes just to see them... thats should say enough!

I've been in Serpentini multiple times. Always nice salesmen and absolutely rude people "behind the scenes". I think what really made me the most angry was their old "American and proud of it" gig. No. They will rip you off if they can. The last time I gave them a chance, I was walking out because I didn't like the deal and some guy I never met started screaming at me that my current car is a piece of junk. I won't ever go back. Way too shady for me. My specific issues were with the Tallmadge location. I ended up buying a car elsewhere on three different occasions after leaving them. I truly felt bad for the salesmen because they pay for the rude managers.
