DO NOT DO CASH BUY.
DO NOT DO CASH BUY. They want to take advantage of those who cannot afford, other than to finance. At 12 percent interest, on a 33K loan it will cost you another 11K for five years. The cost of a new car. Who will give 1.9 percent on a new loan with a five-year warranty. If you cash buy they increase the price listed legally because it is in the description "Must Finance with dealer...." Those of you that have hard time getting to finance, they are not helping you. They are robbing you; difference is they do not hide behind a mask and gun. They have a pen, handshake and smile. I warn them not to waste my time and they did anyway, after multiple phone calls. I DO NOT GET NEW CAR SMELL you can keep it do not call or i will start naming names. -Michael L Rohr-

Very friendly. Best dealership experience I have ever had. Leased a 2025 Chevy Trax for my 70th birthday present to myself. Salesman Joey Frame made the whole process very easy and stress free for this senior. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

Beware of Poor Customer Service at Serpentini Chevrolet
Beware of Poor Customer Service at Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge I purchased a certified used Chevy 1500 from Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge a few weeks ago, working with a salesman named Taylor. Initially, everything seemed to go smoothly, and we finalized the deal. I flew in a few weeks later to pick up the truck. By the time I arrived at the dealership, it was already dark, so I inspected the vehicle as best as I could. The next morning, when I had a chance to look over the truck in daylight, I noticed animal hair—possibly dog hair—throughout the vehicle, including between the seats, underneath them, and in the door creases. Taylor had assured me that the truck had been detailed, but this was clearly not the case. Additionally, a part was missing from the back door, and the key fob battery was dying. I also sent him pictures of the missing part. I called Taylor the following Monday to inform him about these issues, but he was with his family. He told me he would call me back the next day, but he never did. After multiple calls and texts from me, he finally responded, saying he would call after a morning meeting. When I finally reached him and explained the situation, he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard from him, despite making multiple attempts to follow up. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. It seems like once they sell you a vehicle, they no longer care about providing any support. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of communication and customer service is disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re considering buying from Serpentini Chevrolet of Tallmadge, be aware of their poor post-sale service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually respects its customers.
