Cameron put a pregnant mother in a dodge suv that needs

Cameron put a pregnant mother in a dodge suv that needs the whole front end worked on I called up to discuss what was going on and they gave me a date to bring it in me not knowing I had seven days to bring the car to get it fixed. He scheduled it for the eighth day and then told me I was responsible for paying for everything as I just put three grand down as I’m getting charged 25% interest rate. I’m a hard-working mother I put every penny I had down on a safe vehicle for me and my family just for Cameron to eat steaks

Had a 4:00 appointment to look at a car with intentions

Had a 4:00 appointment to look at a car with intentions on buying it and brought cash. Driving an hour to get there so they said they would have it prepared. - Took an hour just to get someone to help me. - Salesman brings me the wrong car to test drive. Maybe an honest mistake, not the biggest deal. - Wait another 10 or 15 minutes for him to bring the right car up. - He comes back and says “Sorry but this car has NO BRAKES, we can’t even sell it”. - So they had me book an appointment, Drive 1 Hour, Wait 1 Hour. Just for them to tell me they can’t even sell it because it isn’t drivable? Not exaggerating when I say this was the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Serpentini Tallamdge represented itself so badly when I

Serpentini Tallamdge represented itself so badly when I scheduled a test-drive. For 2 days I got multiple reminder texts & phone calls asking me to confirm my appt. & I confirmed each one. When I arrived on time - they told me the CAR WASN'T READY TO TEST DRIVE. This was after finding no place to park, waiting 15min after checking in, watching employees get coffee, dancing in front of the reception desk. Finally I go up to ask when the sales rep is coming, & the guy with whom I checked in 15 min ago, just looked over at a salesman & said, "hey are you free?". Then I wait another 15 minutes for this guy to go copy my license, & come back to say, "That car's not ready to test drive; sorry." Absolute GARBAGE-SHOW at this dealership. I called the number which had just called ME that morning to confirm the appt (to which I had responded & confirmed), to relay the info & complain, and she actually offered to let me know when the car WOULD be ready to test-drive - as if I EVER would want to have anything to do with Serpentini again - NO WAY! Also, The road E Tallmadge Ave. on which the dealer's located is horrible too. The service dept supervisor of Tallamdge & the Mayor both need a swift kick in the rear end, as well as the management at this dealership.

Not pleased.

Not pleased. Went in to test drive a Used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SL they have listed on their site. When I got to the dealership, the salesman told me that they "were going to sell the Pathfinder back at auction because there's too much wrong with it".... Well two days later, the vehicle is still listed on their website and they've even lowered the price in that time. Bit odd for a car that they were planning to sell back at auction because of its issues. Seems like they tried to pull the old bait and switch. As soon as they learned what I wanted to look at, they fed me some lie about getting rid of the car so they could try and pressure me into something more expensive. The salesman immediately pointed me at a Chevy Traverse that had 20,000 more miles on it, cost 3 grand more money and had noticable issues with the transmission during the test drive... Absolutely displeased with this dealership. That's a terrible way to run a business. It's shameful that you would lie to a potential customer about the vehicle they're interested in, just to try and get them into something more expensive and with more mileage.

Jim Lucas was so nice to work with.

Jim Lucas was so nice to work with. He made everything go smooth and wasn't your typical sales person pushing things on us. We highly recommend him!

In the middle of March, we went to Serpentini of

In the middle of March, we went to Serpentini of Tallmadge to buy a car for our 18 yr son. Noticed that the alignment was off in the test drive, which they would not fix because it was already done. We bought an Escape as is because they were going to charge us $5000 for an extended warranty making the car out of our price range. On the way home noticed the passenger taillight was not working. The next day the check engine light was on. Took it back to the dealership where they fixed the vapor line, which caused the engine light, and two seat belts. They had it over 7 days and couldn't fix the taillight. We took it to our mechanic where he inspected the vehicle, did an alignment, and oil change because we could not tell when one was done based on the sticker. Had it in the shop for 2 weeks trying to get the taillight to work. We were on our way to the dealership to see if we could return or trade it in. They would give us a fourth of the price we paid based on the engine light and half if there was no engine light. While we were there my husband heard another customer saying they were done with their vehicle they bought. One of the employees at the dealership said they have seen vehicles break down on test drives and a mile down the road. Learn from my mistake and have someone else check over the vehicle before buying from Serpentini of Tallmadge.

What a joke, made an appointment to look at a new 2025

What a joke, made an appointment to look at a new 2025 Equinox, I gave them the stock number I wanted, THEY called and texted me twice to make sure I was coming, I drove an hour to get there and they sold the car LAST Monday!! Are you kidding me?? That's how you do business? Nobody there knew what was going on or where this vehicle was.
