Waited longer than expected for each step of car

Waited longer than expected for each step of car purchase. Busy place. Said they couldn’t get the color we wanted, then when we tried to leave they suddenly could. When we went to pick it up it had no gas, we had to drive the dealer to a station to fill it up. Friendly ppl, nice showroom…. Time will tell I guess

Bruce was very helpful and thorough. I would definitely recommend .The people that work there are very friendly We enjoyed the coffee and the other refreshments especially the popcorn .the facility was very cleaned and comfortable

Mechanic's are careless

The service department is careless in their work. Both times I had them work on my 2021 Seltos. I had to return to have them fix what they broke while repairing my vehicle. If you use them be prepared to double check their work.

Serious lack of communication.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication from the dealership when completing two recalls on my car. Despite a text saying they would keep me informed, they did not. They didn't respond to a call, voice mail, or multiple text messages. I ended up having to take an Uber home, only to get a call from the dealership driver when I was almost home. Very disappointed.
