A very seamless experience.

A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.

They included my car as a trade after I told them no.

They included my car as a trade after I told them no. They tried to bully me when I said no. Tried to hard sell me on a $6000‐$7000 warranty. In the end I paid a good price for truck and they came up another $1200 on my trade. Satisfying over all.

I had bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from this place and 2

I had bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla from this place and 2 days later, the check engine light came on. Contacted the sales person about it immediately and took another week for the repair/service dept. to get in contact with me. Get it back after leaving it with the dealership and the check engine light comes back on again. At this point, I'm done and want to get rid of the car. I get it appraised by KBB and find out they sold me the car for 10k over market value. My whole experience feels violating and sketchy so I leave the car and the keys (main and spare) at the dealership and leave the keys with the person at the front desk. Over a month later, I find out from the finance company that this dealership never informed them of the return so they are completely in the dark and asking me to pay for a car that is on the dealer's lot. This has to be the worst experience with a car dealership I've ever had. People, check the Kelley Blue Book before making a purchase at this place so you don't get taken advantage of like I was.

Purchased a car for my mother at Christmas, Neel and Rob

Purchased a car for my mother at Christmas, Neel and Rob (I believe they work at Cadillac) Wanted to get here a new Buick for Christmas, they went above and beyond, they held the car in the back till it was time for the surprise, they let me take it one day early so my mom could come and do the title work the next day. They even loaned me a giant bow for the day. They dealt with a ton and back and forth and us changing our mind before making the final decision. They went above and beyond for us. They were patient, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend coming here.

From the moment I purchased the car to the last service

From the moment I purchased the car to the last service appointment it has been a struggle. My name was misspelled on the loan covenants, which was brought to his attention, and never corrected although I requested it multiple times. Went in for an oil change the technician didn’t tightened the plug and leaked oil in a puddle in the garage. It may be because I am a female senior citizen. Or perhaps the dealership needs to be more attentive to detail. Very disappointing.

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.
