I brought my car in because of some strange noises. Turns out I had multiple things wrong. They thought It would be covered under warranty. It wasn't covered under warranty but they still decided to do all of the work free of charge, and gave me a loaner for the time being! I Will be a future customer!

We have actually purchased/ leased two vehicles from Tom Fiala this year and have been most satisfied both times. The first was my assisting my daughter with the purchase of her first new car, a 2014 Soul, in March. After she died in October, we needed to make arrangements for her car. Since her finance company was less than helpful, Tyler Harvey had given us some advice on how to discontinue Anita's deal. Tom helped us complete that process and then was most helpful with completing a lease agreement on a 2015 Soul for our family to replace a Volkswagen that we had passed on to another daughter. Lawrence Miller was my salesperson and he made my buying experience wonderful. After shopping at another dealership and having to return the car because financing was denied after a week. I called Lawrence and he was able to put me in a 2014. There was no long wait Lawrence made sure that everything was taken care of and he did this on his day off.
