Great experience!

I recently bought a certified 2012 Lincoln MKT from Varsity Lincoln and my salesperson was Mario Seman. My experience with him and the general manager Jerry was spot on! Mario is professional and prompt and I will recommend him and this dealer to anyone I know in the market for a car!

first time buyer

This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle on my own. They were easy to work with and very hospitable. My salesperson was named Ben, and he worked with me to get a deal I was satisfied with. I flew from Colorado to Michigan, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport to take me to the dealership. When I arrived, the vehicle was what I expected, but had a few spots that I wanted cleaned, and they got right on it for me. It was easy to work with Stephen in finance about getting a low interest rate so I could put my money in a place it would work better for me. When I started home, the Sync would not connect with my phone and several people worked with the car until it was in full working order. My dd had flown with me and we were given snacks and some drinks for the 1100+ mile trip. :) I would recommend this dealer. I would fly there again for the right vehicle. We could not find a better deal on what we were looking for any closer!! I have been in contact with Ben since that time, and he has always been very nice even though I already purchased my Navigator.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!

Lisa D'amico and Jim Montroy are the BEST!!! I'm active duty military, and I contacted Lisa while stationed overseas about a 2013 MKZ. Lisa worked with me, was totally flexible and accommodating, and helped me make a deal happen with Jim. This dealership goes the extra mile, even offering to pick me up at the airport! The car was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Lisa and Jim made me feel like family, which was a PERFECT welcome home! Buy with total confidence. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

2012 Ford Taurus

I went into the dealer because my husband had just got a good deal on a use car. I was very impressed with the customer service. our salesman Ben was very helpful. and Stephen the Business Manager was wonderful at getting us the payment we felt comfortable with. I would recommend that you go check out this dealer the next time you want a new or used car!

Bought my Lincoln MKX from Karen Sabatini Shes the BEST!

I purchased my Lincoln MKX from Karen Sabatini at Varsity LIncoln . She is the BEST!!!! I was comparing the 2015 Lincoln MKC vs MKX I was not sure which one was best for me. She helped me figure out which was best for me, for what I needed to use the car for. She was not overwhelming or pushy at all! She helped me with vehicle options, employee pricing. Leasing and payments. She treated me like I was her 1st customer even though she has been doing this for 15 years. I would totally recommend her. Lincoln

I just purchased a 2012 Lincoln from Varsity Lincoln, this is my 3rd vehicle with the dealership and 2 in the last 6 months. I was actually not looking for a car but an SUV but when I drove the Lincoln I was hooked ! Great ride, great features and great warranty ! My salesman (Jim Montroy) was again outstanding to work with and the team was as usual friendly and fun to be around. This facility just keeps getting better and better ! I recommended Varsity to my friend since my experience was so great and she bought an Explorer !

2013 Edge

Several years ago I bought a 2009 Mariner at Varsity Lincoln and my experience was amazing ! My sales guy (Jim Montroy) was very helpful, nice, friendly and pulled no punches ! I found his honesty most appealing ! The dealership was clean and everyone was so helpful. I recently traded in my vehicle and bought a 2013 Edge Sport and I couldnt ask for a better experience ! Friendly, nice, clean facility. I had to take the Edge in for some minor work and the service staff was OUTSTANDING ! I would highly recommend this dealership !

From the moment I met with my sales representative, Michael Cash, to when I drove off the lot in my new Lincoln, it was a great car buying experience!
