Varsity Lincoln

Buying a car from Varsity Lincoln was a very Pleasurable experience. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. My sales Rep. Denise Baiardi was awesome, great personality and took the time to explain how everything functioned and to call anything if I had anything question. For Varsity Lincoln Caring and making me feel like I was one of the family I will be buying all my furture purchases from Varsity Lincoln. Buying my 2013 Lincoln MKX was a pleasure at Varsity Lincoln. My salesperson Judd Stevens was easygoing and didn't pressure me to buy. I told him what I wanted and he suggested and showed me the vehicle. I loved it and bought it, financing thru my credit union. There wasn't any pressure or hard sell ! The whole process was a very enjoyable experience!

The entire process was a positive experience. Michael Cash answered all of my questions completely and honestly. The tires that were on the car we purchased were not providing the traction required in snow, he talked to his manager Jeri Law. The dealership replaced the tires with new Goodyear tires (same as the originals when new) and the problem was solved. I will absolutely come back to Varsity Lincoln when looking for my next car.

On a scale from 1 to 100 I would rate Varsity Lincoln 110 + . My wife and I felt very comfortable from the start of our vehicle purchase to the end. Our sales rep. Jim Montroy made us feel like family . Jim took his time to explain how everything functioned on the new car and could contact him on any issue that arouse General Manager Jeri Law and Finance Rep. Steven Elzein went on and above their professional rolls to make absolutely sure we were comfortable in the buying process.

I purchased a Lincoln that needed a quite a few cosmetic touch ups. Ben was absolutely amazing and continues to impress after the sale. He fixed all the issues I found while I was there, and after we left I found a few more. I called Ben and he was more than pleasant and will to help. If your in the market for a lincoln, don't go anywhere else and Ben is the MAN!!!!!

The Lincoln family all starts at the top with Mike Stanford Sr. He is a man of integrity, honesty and truly cares about his customers as if they were his own. My experience started with Jim Montroy, sales,Jere Law, general sales manager, and ended with Stephen Elzein, business manager. Great genuine individuals. Explained every detail, were not pushy in any way. Wanted what was best for me now and in the future. Taking test runs and answering all questions in a positive and professional manner. The warranty of 6 years or 100,000 miles is nice but dealing and trusting the people that make it all happen is the real bottom line.

Straightforward with accurate information via web, phone and email. Once I finally went down to the dealer I was there less than 2 hours. Very comfortable waiting area while some paperwork was typed up. I got a great car at an awesome price and never once did I have to 'work' for it. Its just how they do business.

Gina Papia is the best vehicle salesperson that we have ever dealt with to date! we will never purchase from any one else! The dealership carried a very large inventory and made our final selection challenging as all the vehicles were top notch! Also, the first call and follow-up from Lisa Domico was first rate. We liked the fact that were no "high pressure" tactics attempted.
