I was a tough situation because of my less than perfect credit. They did what they had to and bent over backwards to get me into the 300 Chrysler I wanted that was on their lot. Now I have the car I was seeking this past year and I am rebuilding my credit as well with the special financing program they approved me for. Plus, a nice warranty, too, so I feel even more comfortable driving the vehicle without worry. I found a Lincoln MKS at unbelievable price on line and made an appointment to take it for test drive, showed up the car was parked out front and waiting for me. I loved the car, and it had everything I was looking for towing package, navigation, power lift gate, moon roof, and leather. I explained to them I had a trade and that I might be a little upside down on, Ben Leece and Jere Law said no problem took it for a spin and gave me a fair price for the car. I had to leave that night but we had worked out the rough cut of the deal and they explained to me everything would be set by the afternoon the next day. As promised I received a call from the finance team, with a very good finance package I agreed to the terms over the phone and when I came into the dealership that night the paperwork was all laid out and the MKX was ready to go. Easy experience I have ever had buying a used car.

I was in the market for a previously owned mini-van and contacted Jere Law, pre-owned vehicle manager, at Varsity to help me out. As I have bought many vehicles from him in the past, I knew I could rely on him to find me the right vehicle. He called me back within a few days and had three vans for me to look at. I picked the one I felt best suited my needs and worked out the deal. He gave me a fair price for the trade in and had the car ready for me within an hour. The team at Varsity was very friendly and helpful. The customer waiting lounge is comfortable and is stocked with fruit, snacks and a nice variety of coffee and tea. When our lease is up on our other car, we will definitely be back at Varsity.

I bought a Mercury Van from this dealer in 2001 and had it now 12 years. I went in just looking around and spotted a used Jeep with on 900 miles on it. Mario came out showed me around and as I explained I was looking for a good mileage vehicle with a trade in for my Van. Service was prompt and quick. I came back and bought it the next night. They are not pushy like most car dealers and both times have had excellent experience.

I have been dealing with the sellsman Jere Law for ten years. He sold me an escalade esv at his old place of employment an as I needed repairs and help with other things with this vehicle I got poor service. What I needed done didn'tget done til after three times after I brung this vehicle to them then the car dealer then decides he wants to fix it with the extended warranty I pay for anyway. I finally was done with this as Jere law no longer worked there as this was happening for if he was there I wont had gotten all these run arounds so I found my sellsman an only after 6 months he said cone see him he much futher than where he was but I made it there. Old Jere give me his funominale service ina clean great admisphere and all the staf were friendly. I got the new vehicle even better than my last an curiosity was all over this dealership refeshments child play area an so much more u will love Varsity Lincoln the place to go for great customer service an so much more your at home with varsity lincoln. I purchased my first Lincoln Town Car Signature Series from Varsity Lincoln of Novi, Michigan many years ago. Returning to purchase another Lincoln because my first was totaled from an accident. Varsity is an exceptional dealership. My salesman Michael Cash was not pushy, he gave me very good information about each car I showed an interest in. He also was very patient in answering the questions I had because I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10 years. We were introduced to Mr. Jere Law, who is the Manager of the Used Car Dept. Mr. Law is a very warm and approachable person and he wants your experience to be the best whenever you are at Varsity Lincoln. Mr. Law let my husband and I know if we have any concerns let him know. The facility from the showroom to the lounge and out to the service department is exceptionally clean. As a woman this is the best dealership because you are treated very well, whether you are a woman or a man. Very respectful, friendly staff and sales people. I would give Varsity 10 stars.

This was our first time buying a car since we moved to Michigan and Varsity Lincoln made it a wonderful experience. The salesman that we had was real, friendly and very accomodating. He made us feel very comfortable. We were also on a tight schedule, so efficient use of our time was necessary. Our salesman made everything happen quickly and very easily. Within about 2 hours we were driving away in our dream car without having felt any stress through the whole buying process. The environment was so clean and provided all necessary comforts that a customer would need. We just loved how friendly everyone was and would recommend Varsity Lincoln to anybody!

I have been considering buying a car for some time now and have researched and test drove many before stumbling across a pre-owned car of the make and model I had been searching for at Varsity. From the moment I walked in the door until I signed the papers and drove it away (oh yes and paid for it), this company and the people that make up its used car department were the most courteous, competent, straight forward, honest and friendly I had come across. they worked with me fairly and I felt I could trust them completely based upon my having some knowledge of the general market values of the type of car I was looking for. I was confident they gave me the absolute best deal they could, and they bent over backward to make it fit in my budget. I am an attorney and frequently am skeptical when dealing with people who have a monetary interest that I believe is adverse to mine, but these folks quickly earned my trust. Looking at some of their other reviews I can see I am not the only one they have treated as well. I would recommend them to my own family and friends and will do so.
