Great experience with my new salesman Lou!

Great experience with my new salesman Lou! The car is perfect…actually more than perfect! While there were a couple delays, he kept me informed. I appreciated the attention to detail he gave to my vehicle to assure all was as is should be.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bill Snethkamp

I had a very disappointing experience at Bill Snethkamp Inc Dealership and would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was terrible, and the sales deals felt like a scam and the sales person’s name Louay Mansour. They didn't discuss the auto fees and finance fees with me beforehand. Worse, they signed me up with another auto finance company without informing me. I only realized this when I was put on the spot to sign the agreement. They made me pay for the A plan in cash and the down payment by check. They didn't go over the previous auto finance (Ally) or explain how their contracts work. If I didn't sign a new contract with Ally Auto Finance, they would charge me $415 for Disposition plus other fees. The dealer pressured me into signing a new agreement without clear clarification. They mentioned I would save $70 a month with a new finance company called Stellantis Auto Finance, but didn't share the agreement details with me. I'm now unsure if I'll have to pay another penalty if I leave them after two years of the contract. This has put me in a big mess. I will never go back to this dealership again.
