Daniel bible did a great job going through the purchase AND after delivery assistance. We were greeted by many staff throughout the day. They were kind and helpful. I have recommended you guys several times this week and will continue to do so. Thanks again for a wonderful experience

Ms. Betton-Ford

My customer services representative was courteous, warm and friendly. I was impress with the waiting time (2 minutes) I waited before being waited on. I was given an estimated time when my car would be serviced, and was delighted that it was ready before the estimated time. I did not feel rush or that I was only a number, I was treated in a very professional manner. My only regret I have is the fact I am unable to remember my customer service representative name at this time. When I return for future services I will look for her once again ( I do remember her face and warm greeting). Sincerely, Rochelle Betton-Ford.

Retired Residential Office Manager

I have ALWAYS received excellent service at MY dealership (Matick Chevrolet). Everyone has been kind, courteous and most helpful. That includes salespersons, service manger, service advisors, shuttle drivers and even maintenance persons. Thank you, Customer Service is not dead. :)

On Time

Needed an Oil change. Set my appointment for 7am, I showed up, Mark the service write up guy reviewed the history of the vehicle and said it will be done in 45 mins. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the waiting area and in 40 mins Mark came over and said we were ready to go. I like going to Matick.
