I feel that it takes a little longer than it should for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix/plug one tire. I was there a little over 2 hours. Now, I was ok with that wait. Your new waiting area is very comfortable. However, I ended up having to return to the dealership because a tire monitor was not reactivated. I have heard of a Dodge dealer that has an express process for customers coming in for oil changes. Not sure if that is workable for you, but thought I would mention it.

Mr. Cooper, thank you for your feedback. We agree that 2 hours is too long for those routine repairs. We are in the process of expanding our Quick Service department to increase staffing and reduce wait times during peak hours like you experienced. Please know that we have also addressed the issue related to the tire monitor light and instituted a new process to assure such an issue doesn't occur again. Very good service

It was very good, it was timely (lot faster than I thought it would be). The only little thing was, on dash board they forgot to put the digital speed odometer back in that mode, and left it showing the car tire pressure mode. But when I call them they told me how to put it back in speed mode,or bring car back and they will do it. They we're very helpful. Thank you.

We also appreciate your feedback about the driver information center not displaying the speed like you'd had set prior to the service. Our Technicians must go in and reset some key indicators in that system, and because of your feedback we've put a new process in place to make sure that we reset the screen to your preferred display going forward. Excellent customer service with no sales pressure!

My experience with Matick Chevrolet was excellent!! The service was great. All the employees were very friendly as soon as you walk in the door without any pressure. I recieved a great deal on my chevy and I will definitely recommend them!

1000% satisfied
