    I was looking for a new to me truck. I found a specific look that I was set to purchase. I found this exact vehicle on autotrader located at progressive... Chevrolet. I then found the vehicle on their website. I reviewed all pictures and the car fax of the vehicle. Everything showing a great vehicle, one owner etc. I called to confirm vehicle, vehicle was there. Made arrangements to come to dealership on a Wednesday (this call was placed on the Monday before. Kristine said she would call me Tuesday to confirm vehicle is still there. Tuesday goes by, no call. Wednesday morning I call and they confirm truck is there. I tell them I have an hour and a half drive that I’m already 30 min into. They set up an appointment time. I get there in time, go through the trade in questions, finally go look at vehicle. Right away there is a large area on the front bumper that is heavily scratched (even though this exact spot was photographed and displayed on the internet and did not show any scratches), salesman says, huh someone must have hit it. So I keep looking it over while he starts the vehicle, the vehicle runs for about 3-4 minutes before I open the door, at which time I am ambushed by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke! I say, so apparently the previous owner was a smoker? To which the salesman says I have no idea. Um hi, you started the truck, it’s not possible to be that oblivious. So I tell him that previous smoker is something that should be indicated online, or at least communicated to me before driving 1.5 hours. I mean I talked to someone about that specific vehicle twice! He immediately attempted to say they had other vehicles we could look at, I said get my keys I’m done. Garbage dealership, misleading advertisements. I am out 4.5 hours of my time and 50$ in gas, but it’s well worth not dealing with this type of dealership.

    Fran and Sarah were great. They were very informative and went out of the way for us to make us happy. They explained everything so I could understand... and not feel pressured at all. The best experience I have had in many years. I live an hour and a half away and it was well worth the trip!

    I came into this dealership to trade in a car I still had a balance on, but the vehicle no longer served my needs. I was hesitant to even discuss anything... fearing it would be impossible to be able to afford a newer vehicle with negative equity on my current car. However, the team at Progressive listened, understood and found me an extremely fabulous deal as well as a newer car that will serve me for years to come. Desmond Jackson is a wonderful salesperson as well as a true gentleman, not pushy at all - he gives new meaning to the sterotype 'used car salesperson' - he is a true gem. He listens, understands and also didn't hesitate to enlist the help of his managers to explain my situation, and with the help of his managers, Jim Jackson and Jason Allman, I left a very satisfied customer!

    Our dealer Chad was excellent and helped lower the cost of my lease significantly. I had leased a 2016 chevy cruz from progressive three years ago. This... time I decided to go with the Trax and it's a great vehicle! Chad even filled the tank up for us and WALKED back across the street so we wouldn't have to drive him back. Really nice guy. They definitely have a lifetime customer now.

    Happy with salesman Isaac,the warranty guy was high pressure though ,and the tight xxxxxxxx sent me off in my 10 k car with no gas sheesh !! Thought at... least they would fill the tank for me ,pissed me off big time

    Purchased my 2018 Chevy Silverado, May 2018. The purchase process was fairly simple, since it was a cash purchase. The dealership had sufficient sales... staff and the facility was clean and modern. I was treated with respect during the entire purchase process. What concerned me at this dealership - and it was the only time I personally experienced it - In the business managers office (chalice), there was a tiny sign posted on the office doorway, which was barely visible. "The sign read that the conversations were being electronically recorded." I asked chalice to stop recording our conversation. Charles in sales was a good person to work with.

    We came to Progressive to look at a 2018 Tahoe to purchase. Our salesman Trent was awesome as was everyone we came in contact with. Our buying experience... was more than we could have ever hoped for. This was our first brand new vehicle purchase and when it's time for another one you better believe we will be going back to Progressive.
