Rip-off dealership that will squeeze as much money out of

Rip-off dealership that will squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Have had 2 vehicle there to have AC fixed, both times I’ve had to take them back in to have it repaired correctly the 2nd time! Charge you for labor every time even if it’s their fault something didn’t get repaired correctly

Work on 2007 Jeep

2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo has been there almost 2 months pug new computer in without even checking if mine was bad still not running first time in over a month someone has called me today now it’s the fuel pump $900+ so I have to eat a 1000 computer that I don’t even know if they took out old one I asked for mine back but guess what they don’t have it they say don’t trust them at all

worst.

I called village motors for a used car and if they accept a 3rd party financing. Over the phone they told me they accepted it and i scheduled a apointment at 9am saturday. I also asked if they could pick me up sence i do not have a car. They said they can and they will call me at 8:30. They diddnt call till well after 8:30. I ended up finding a ride. I went inside to meet with ryan. He came up with every single excuse to try to get me to apply for their fiances. I refused. He said well roadloans takes 90days to pay, if it took that long they would have to take the car. They even tried saying the fiancing they had was bought out roadloans. I still refused and told him i know nothing about this fiance company and i would go elsewhere if they wouldnt let me keep roadloans. Well they ended up saying they cant accept it. Do not go here they are a joke. They will tell you anything over the phone to get you to their dealership. They will try and Manipulate you. I strongly sujest you stay away from them.

I love my Jeep Cherokee. Jim was a great salesman, he explained everything and answered all of our questions. We were not there long at all. They have great people working there and they work to get you the vehicle that you want.

Having our car in for repairs

If you are ever in Holmes County and need to have your car repaired, this is definately the dealership to take it. We had an emergency repair that needed to be done as we were just visiting the area. They went out of their way to schedule us in and get us a car to drive while our car was getting repaired. JOAN was her name, she was awesome, very attentive to our needs, friendly and VERY knowledgeable regarding her job. She went over and above for us. And if you are in the need for a new or different car, Josh is the man for that job. Very efficient, friendly and courteous. We are very pleased with our experience with Village Motors.

We couldn't have asked for a more friendly, pleasant sales person. Deb Burgess didn't try to pressure us, she was very patient when we couldn't decide what we wanted, and she treated us like family. .We couldn't have asked for better customer service, we are so glad we got to meet her.
