Great Experience

A Great Experience at Village Motors in Millersburg, as always!

Was looking for a car for awhile stopped in thinking this would be a flop I was dead wrong deb was my dealer and she is great! Has keep in touch and made sure I was happy my only regret is not stopping sooner they made a customer for life!my husband is going back for a truck! We was both very impressed!

Excellent Buying Experience

This is the first time I have ever dealt with Village Motors Inc. in Millersburg, Ohio. I stopped on a Thursday and the Service Manager (Tom Poorman), who is a friend, was able to play a salesman. He let me drive a truck home to see if I like it and was not pushy at all. I took the truck to work the next day and he picked it up that night. He was so helpful with information and lots of rebates. He was able to find a truck that I preferred with a dealer trade and on Monday it was mine. He gave me lots of good deals. Village Motors cares about their customers and we're not just another number with $ in our pockets to see how much they can get out of us.

Great Buying Experience!

We stopped in the dealership to look for a Fusion. We drove both a used and a new and ended up buying one that had just been turned in off of a lease. Deb and Deke were very helpful and Cory made the financing so easy. Thanks to all of you for making this such a pleasant car buying experience!

Excellent staff

They were fair and thorough with my trade in and sales. Deb Burgess was excellent in making me feel confident with my purchase. The process was quick and easy. I know they always take good care of me post purchase, also. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Village and I will continue to for future purchases.

Friendly People, Painless Process

Deb (sales) and Cory (financing) were awesome to work with. They communicated well (and easily by text while I was at work) and we spent very little time making a deal happen. We will buy from Village Motors again!

Excellent Service and a Great Car

This is my 4th car from Village Motors and each time I have received excellent service. Everyone from sales to service understands customer service. Special thanks to Deb Burgess and Big Ron on the purchase of my new 2014 Dodge Journey RT. I would recommend this dealership for anyone with any car needs.

Enjoyable visit. Salesperson very helpful.

My recent visit to Village Ford was very enjoyable and pleasant. My sales person was Deb Burgess and she is fantastic. She listened to me and continued to help me even though we were not sure that I would qualify for the sale. I have been a widow for almost four years and I have not shopped for a car alone in over 25 years. It is amazing how helpful and compassionate Deb was. The end result was that she was able to put me into a 2014 Candy Apple Red Ford Escape. She worked until almost 9 PM that night till she was able to come up with a figure that both Village Ford and I could work with. Cory in the financial department is a riot and I am sure neither of us are going to forget the other for quite some time. Village Ford was so reasonable with the trade in value they gave me for my used car that I never even thought about shopping any further. They were the first dealership I visited and because of the excellent performance of their sales lady Deb I was confident that I had gotten a good deal. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Ford Escape and I have named her "Miss Deb" Naming my vehicles after the salesperson is a tradition of mine for that I have had for many many years. Thank you Deb for your compassionate and professional service. Looking forward to a very rewarding future with you and Village Ford.

Deb Burgess

My father, now deceased used to buy vehicles from Village Motors. I do remember he always had positive things to say. So when my wife and I were looking for a vehicle it was one of the first places we looked. Briefly, great facility, great people, friendly, straightforward (hard to find). Showed us car fax and other documentation on the van we bought. Offered to give us previous owners contact number. Just went out of their way to give us good, reliable information. Next vehicle, will be right back in Millersburg.

Great Service!

Deb Burgess was so great! She was knowledgeable and gave us the time we needed to decide what vehicle was going to fit us best. While meeting with the finance dept she watched and entertained our 2 children. :) Kept them busy with crayons and coloring books. Visit Village Motors and Deb for your next vehicle!
