Jacob Collins did not disappoint.

Jacob Collins did not disappoint. He worked his magic and I got to drive away in my new 2024 Chevy Equinox. Serpentini as whole was awesome! Professional, honest about what they could do for me. I would recommend to anyone. Felt at ease being a woman on the lot and no pressure to jump into any deal.

I called about a Mini Cooper Roadster 2013, talked to

I called about a Mini Cooper Roadster 2013, talked to Adam on Tuesday morning, I wanted to put a deposit down to hold the car till I could get there Saturday. Adam told me i would not need to place a deposit to hold the car. He would put the keys in his desk and that way no could buy the car. I called the dealership on Friday evening - to be told they sold the car Thursday. I had been looking for that car for 9 months. This is not the way to sell cars with empty promises. And i did not get a call to tell that the Roadster had been sold. I called the dealership on Friday evening to make sure the car was still there because we live 2-1/2 hours away. I am really upset and disappointed with the outcome of this.

Awesome experience!

Awesome experience!!!! Everyone was friendly. Our salesman Carl kept checking to see if we needed a drink or snacks! He showed my kids the kids station and was very patient with my fiancé and I while we talked through the payment options!

I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. First of all I had a vehicle (Toyota 4Runner For Sale Privately) and they contacted me 1st and then the 2nd time. Offered me a decent selling price. I spoke with them and they agreed on a base price unless I am lying about the vehicle. So I after getting it in a text and verbal agreement I headed to their location which was a hour travel. When I get there they test drove it and everything was good. They came with a agreement of purchased of $30k. I signed it the sales person signed it and they even got me to sign over the title. The only thing left was me getting my check. Here is where they tried to manipulate me and said oh their system pulled up the wrong type of vehicle. So they can only pay $27k. Well i know this was a lie because I have other dealers that ran the same VIN and they all came up with the correct model of vehicle. I asked for a manager which JOHN showed up and i offered to go down to $29K even though they had my title signed over to them already. JOHN the manager laughed in my face when I told him he did this on purpose and lied to me. After laughing in my face in front show room where other customers were he turned around and walked away and said they wont do it and wont reimburse my costs of driving there and all the time wasted. I had to get a new title made and pay other people to come pick me up because of them lying to me in my face. And they said they take full responsibility for the mistake.... but wouldn't take responsibility. They did nothing to make it right. He was a very unprofessional manager. JOHN IS A DISGRACE AS A MANAGER AND BUSINESS PERSON!!! Uploaded pix for proof.

First off big shout out to Marco Mckee for being so nice and helpful with everything. He was amazing I would recommend him to anyone. Second This dealership and it's team were amazing,friendly, outgoing and very attentive to my needs and got me into a car and I couldn't be happier. Thanks everyone for making it happen. First I'd like to say that everybody was very friendly

First I'd like to say that everybody was very friendly during the car shopping part of the process. The facility was clean and very nice. The dealership is 2 1/2 hours away from my home. And out of state. I made the trip as that was where the car was I settled on. However, the financing didn't go as I had asked. I requested a 60 month loan and they gave me numbers for 75 months. Also, I was never informed that they don't include state taxes in your loan if you buy from out of state, so that was an additional expense I didn't plan on. Not saying that my ignorance to that detail was their fault, but to be informed of something like that would have been nice, before being hit with an additional out of pocket expense between $1,500 - $1,700. Gap insurance from here is also way higher than other places. By this time it was well past closing, so I accepted all of this. Now fast forward, it's been 39 days and I have yet to receive any documents to get the title work done and get my car inspected per PA state laws. I emailed the finance department and included the sales person as well, no response.
