I was pleased to work with the salesman Brian as he was

I was pleased to work with the salesman Brian as he was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I was not thrilled with the finance/sales department. I understand you make your money on sales but when someone tells you no to additional warranties, they need to accept that answer instead of arguing and manipulating numbers with me for 45 minutes, it was very uncomfortable and hard to maintain professionalism to get the deal done.

We will NEVER buy from this dealership again. The service dept employee Marilyn is awful to deal with and extremely rude! This service dept does not know how to speak truthfully and needs a lesson in customer service. Do not believe anything they tell you here!!

Brian was a very personable salesperson.

Brian was a very personable salesperson. We had a number of experiences in common. He did a wonderful job of getting me what I needed when I was ready to depart. I got the car I wanted, at the price I expected from the advertisement, and we were out in 3 .5 hours. Thanks for no pushy sales gimmick.

Scam Deceitful Liars Whatever it takes to get you in the door! Typical car Guy. Fugazzi Adam the Sales Manager is complete conman and a lies right to your face. Call on the phone, ask questions, submitted credit app. Stated situation, said do not want to drive an hour can you take a look at credit, and trade. He said yep all looks great. Will have no problem. Got there and found out all of it was a lie. Dude just says whatever to get you in. He did not look at trade value. He did not pull credit as he said he did. He did not even tell anyone we were coming it. It was horrible. Seemed arrogant on the phone. Stay away from this place if he is there.

I have never experienced the level of customer service

I have never experienced the level of customer service as I have here. My salesperson Marco was outstanding. I had a lease and they were nice enough to drive my new vehicle to the other dealership for me to return my old one ( who does that?) And I love my new Chevy!
