The truck I had been searching for came up in my cars.

The truck I had been searching for came up in my cars.com search last. Sunday. I reached to the dealer and to my surprise heard from them within in an hour. We worked out some parameters and connected first thing Monday morning. Chris sent me a video first thing and we worked out everything on the phone. Drove to Cincinnati since I am in Indy and was in and out within a couple hours and they even installed a cover for me while I waited. Great deal and very happy with my purchase.

They talked me into buying all these extra warranties and

They talked me into buying all these extra warranties and yet they will not help me use them and fix my vehicle. Been driving weeks with a broken windshield, months with scratched rim and small gash in sidewall of tire. I have called every week, spoken to many different employees and then sent to voicemail of what ever employee they choose. NO ONE calls back to help.

Beware.

Beware. Went to buy a new CR-V. Was quoted a price with a 3.9% finance rate. Show up the next day to sign the papers, the rate was 4.9%. I was prepared for that because the exact same thing happened to friends of mine about two months earlier. Apparently, this is a tactic with Performance. I walked away. I won't be buying a car from any of the dealerships in their group. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Dealership was not very clean and the sales person was

Dealership was not very clean and the sales person was not very enthusiastic or knowledgeable. Had one follow up on one of the cars we drove but we were very interested in a couple others but the rep didn’t seem to care much. We went somewhere else and got amazing service.

Bought a 2006 Acura price started at 8000.

Bought a 2006 Acura price started at 8000. Then went to 11000. I think they use a crooked pencil sent it to Kemba bank they denied it the price was to high so they sent it to general elect they excepted it at 13000. With a gap insurance company the car was a title lose they tried to con GE sent them to different prices an never contacted them about Gap insurance so we been waiting 6 months to settle this clame .this is performance Honda in Fairfield oh,

They had the perfect car for me but want between $3000

They had the perfect car for me but want between $3000 and $5000 for a down payment. I had $1500 so I still don't have a vehicle.

I am beyond disappointed with this dealership.

I am beyond disappointed with this dealership. I am not a person to bash businesses. And I generally offer the benefit over the doubt. However, they use and abuse their platform to take advantage of people and vulnerabilities. They wasted tens of thousands of our money.

Was a sure by Sean, the internet sales director that the

Was a sure by Sean, the internet sales director that the car I was interested in was still available. This car had been on the lot for quite awhile. I drove over an hour the next day to see the vehicle. I was lied to and was told it was sold the night before
