    Jason Baker was our salesman. What a great experience. I spoke to Jason on the phone looking to buy a new Honda. Jason was in contact with me right away and accommodated everything I needed. When we showed up at the dealership we was greeted with the car of my choice waiting on me. Was a fast and easy process.

    My mother and I visited Performance Honda to look into leasing my first vehicle. Jenny Gladwell was absolutely excellent in assisting me to picking up the car of my dreams, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The facility is beautiful and extremely hospitable for a car dealership, and I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a superior car leasing/buying experience!

    I have been to this service center two times and both times I had a very bad experience. I drive a brand new 2016 van, it is impeccably maintained it and I keep it in a garage all the time. I have had two problems, one with the van door that would close on it's own with a bent mechanism that they wanted to charge me to fix (even though it was still under warranty that the Honda Coleraine was able to fix while i was waiting in less than an hour). Performance honda wanted to charge me over $250 dollars and keep it over a day for parts. Chris Nupert was my service adviser and made the problem appear like it was my fault and spoke to me like I was ignorant. The second time i brought my vehicle was with a problem with my keys auto locking in the car. Once again chris was unable to help since he would not replicate the problem in the shop. Dan, the service manager said he cannot throw parts at a problem he doesnt know how to fix. He sent me away and told me it "probably wont happen again." Not only did i feel once again like the problem is my fault, they inconvenienced me, made me wait a very long time, and their customer service was severally lacking. Lastly. all oil changes take much longer than an hour and wait times are terrible. I dont feel like i was treated like a valuable customer. I do not plan to go there ever again. If you want qaulity service with technicians that care and actually know what they are doing, i would NOT take your honda to thier service department. After explaining my issues with honda corporate, they told me to take it to another dealership as well.

    I had looked at a Toyota SUV on a Monday and made an appointment to see it again the next day. I called the salesperson Tuesday morning to confirm our appointment was still on, and he confirmed we were all set. I arrived Tuesday afternoon and test drove the SUV and took it in to a local mechanic to do a general inspection. The car had a slight oil leak and was going to be pricey to fix because of its location. I went back to the dealer to negotiate the price of the vehicle, considering it needed a pricey fix. When I arrived back at the dealership, I was directed to the used car sales manager. He informed me that he was aware of the needed fix, although it was not disclosed in the listing, and that the price would not be negotiated. Then he informed me that the neighboring sister dealership, performance Toyota, had just purchased the SUV that day! He offered me the same price to match the offer from performance Toyota. I asked for proof that they sister dealership had purchased the car for the said price. He flatly refused to offer any proof. This dealership used its sister dealership, which it also owns, to bid up the price for the car. What a disgrace.
