Everyone we talked to were really nice. The first car we looked at was not the one for us. Amy, who was helping us, helped us find a different one that we feel in love with. After purchase, there was an issue with the side mirror, but the swiftly corrected and fixed the mirror. Will buy from them again.

Dangerously close to false advertising-not having the vehicle I expected to test drive and after a 3 hour drive the salesman said they didn’t have what I wanted at the dealership. That’s fine…you may be getting a lot of people scheduling test drives that may never show up.

A little on the pricey side as far as financing goes. But overall good team. They were present through the full purchase and were quite helpful. Just make sure to bring your own financing when you do.

The sales process itself was okay, and during the test
The sales process itself was okay, and during the test drive I noticed the car needed an alignment. To their credit, they took care of that before finalizing the deal. However, shortly after leaving the dealership, the TPMS light came on and started flashing. I didn’t have time to drive all the way back to Fairfield, so I had it diagnosed and repaired at a local shop out of my own pocket. When I reached out to my sales rep about it, I got a generic "bring it in" response. After sending in the repair receipt, I was told it had to be checked with management — but then there was no follow-up, no communication at all. A few weeks later, I started noticing a vibration. I brought it to Firestone thinking maybe the brand new Bridgestone tires had an issue and might need to be warrantied. Turns out, three of the four were out of balance — and two had wheel weights going halfway around the rim. Not exactly confidence-inspiring for a supposedly ready-to-go vehicle. So overall, while the car itself is great now, these issues should’ve been caught and resolved before it left the lot. It’s frustrating that I had to chase answers and spend extra money to get things right. Also, a heads-up to anyone buying: watch the financing paperwork closely. The numbers didn’t add up in my case, and you could easily end up paying more than expected if you don’t bring your own financing. And the cherry on top? The only follow-up I received was an email asking for a review — and another trying to get me to trade in the car I just bought.
