We found everyone from the receptionist to our primary salesman (Tommy) to be very knowledgeable, gracious and friendly. They had to work well past closing the night we purchased our car and were very accommodating during the entire time. Our only concern is the speed with which they process our title paperwork as we need it ASAP!

My recent purchase of a RAV4 from Performance Toyota was a perfect experience. My sales person John Campbell was very helpful and knowledgeable. The sales staff and my paperwork was perfect!!!! I like the fact that they took the time to verify the spelling of my name, address, etc. They were very efficent and answered all of my questions. I was driving my new RAVATAR away 47 minutes later after I said YES! That is impressive customer service and I would NEVER buy anywhere else! Bought a new Camry at Performance Toyota and the salesman Drew Hallman could not have been more accomodating. Not only was he very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I purchased but he was also very courteous and friendly. The entire Performance team was professional in every aspect. It had been 11 years since my last new car but I wouldn't hesitate going back to this dealer.
