Leo Martini was the sales person that workwith me. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles they had that I was interested in. He was also kind and personable. He went above and beyond what was required if him just to let me know he appreciated my business. I highly recommend seeing Adam Hussein if you are in the market for a new car. He was adamant about getting me the best deal possible on a new car. That being said, when you are ready to do the paperwork, be prepared for a subtle, continuous pressure to buy an extended warranty. I hate to confess that I caved to the pressure because I zeroed in on "10 years" and not "85,000 miles". My previous Toyotas have made it over the 130,000 mile mark with no issues that would have required an extended warranty. It's 4 days later and I'm still obsessing about agreeing to that warranty!

Worst customer service. Finance department messed up my plates and refused to help me resolve it. Still haven’t heard back . I’ve been gaslit and repeatedly lied to. Don’t buy a car from these people!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable; however, the wait times to be seen by financing and then to wait on car to be completed in delivery bay was excessive.
