Review of purchase process for new Rav4
The purchase procress for our new Rav4 would be rated a 10. The salesman, Tommy Dexter, was both courteous, knowledgeable with no sales push. He had the answer to all of our questions, took all the time we needed to make our decision. The entire staff including the manager were all very courteous and everyone got all the answers we needed. Since my spouse was unable to drive either the new car or the car we came in due to an injury Tommy and another staff member actually even drove the car to our home. This is what we call OUTSTANDING. Tommy also took the time to set up our cell phone to operate on the phone/radiio screen in the car. Could not have asked for better service.

Prius from Performance Toyota and Zach Baver
Although I've been thinking about changing cars for a couple years now, it wasn't until this past Friday that I actually started looking. Since we're new to the area I searched for auto dealers in my area and decided to visit the dealers that had the cars I was most interested in. The first was Hyundai for the Veloster. I drove the car, liked it and kept it in my top two (I had about six cars I was considering). Then we went across the street to test my second top vehicle at Performance Toyota, the Prius C. We test drove the Prius C and liked it very much. Our only complaint was the size of the back seats. However the Prius comes in a variety of models and the standard Prius was perfect for our needs. In fact, it was a game changer, it would change the purpose of my vehicle from being just a runabout for me to a family vehicle for all of us. We sat down with Zach Baver to discuss the vehicle. But initially we didn't sit at his desk, we sat in the car. With the engine on, he talked us through all the amazing features of the Prius and wowed me with the tech details this car had to offer. I'm a very techy person and still was blown away by all the functions available in this car. Zach even used his own iPhone to show us how easy it was to connect via bluetooth and all the apps available through the car's entune interface. Once we discovered all the benefits of the hybrid engine, the entune apps and bonuses like the solar A/C and sunroof I was sold! All other vehicles fell by the wayside! However the Prius with the option package Four and color of Sea Glass Pearl with solor sun roof wasn't easy to find! In fact, it looked like I was going to have to go out of state to find the exact match I wanted! Saturday night I was sitting at a movie theater obsessively searching to my dream car when suddenly one appeared closer then a five our distance, in fact it was IN CINCINNATI! The car wasn't at Performance Toyota though, and we REALLY wanted to work with Zach to get the car as we were so impressed with his knowledge and time he'd spent with us Friday. Sunday morning I contacted Zach by cell and explained our dilemma. Even though he didn't start working until noon that day, he started helping us by contacting his boss and beginning the process of finding out if we could get the Prius to to Performance Toyota. Zach traveled to the other dealer and picked up the Prius himself and brought it back. He and I kept in touch during his journey so we could coordinate getting my trade in vehicle settled and meet up at Performance Toyota when he arrived. The dealership was swamped with customers but Zach spent the day with us working out all the details and getting the car ready. By the end of the day I had my dream car! And as an unexpected bonus Zach told me about the unlimited car washes from Performance Toyota as well!! Thanks to Performance Toyota and Zach Baver for making this an amazing experience and helping me get my Prius!

Safety Recall Service
Made an appointment in early February to have the "safety recall" service performed on my 2012 Toyota Camry hybrid - "Toyota dealers will apply sealant and install a cover to the air-conditioning condenser unit-housing seam located above the airbag control module." Appointment was scheduled for 7:30am on 3/24/2014. The service rep said that they needed to schedule that far in advance in order to get the parts for the recall, and that the "fix" would take most of the day to complete. So I arrived at the service center at 7:30am and was told that they would call me when the car was ready. At 9am I received a call stating that they didn't have the parts to correct the defect. I spoke to the service manager and he indicated that Toyota had not delivered the parts that were supposed to arrive over the weekend. He promised to contact me as soon as they arrived in order to re-schedule the service. A week later he called and set up a schedule at my convenience for 4/2/2014. I had the car in at 7am and it was ready by 8:30am. The service manager went out of his way to make sure that I did not become a disgruntled, dissatisfied customer.

Overall, a great dealership.
A very well rounded dealership. Their facilities are clean and organized. A friendly and knowledgable staff. The vehicles to choose from are impressive. I would recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to buy a new, or a used, car.

Great new car buying experience!
This is the first car we have needed in 9 years. Much has changed in vehicles and the process since then. Steve Doan made our experience smooth and enjoyable. New Car Purchase
My last new car purchase was 9 years ago.Lots has changed in that time. Reviewing the inventory online helped the process and we knew what we were looking for. However, no matter how technology has changed, the personal touch is still key when making a purchase of this size. Our sales specialist, Steve Doan was wonderful. He was very helpful,informative and reassuring.He made sure that we left the dealership with all of the knowledge he could impart, on the Camry which is much more technology driven than my previous vehicle.I will be referring any of my friends that will be looking at a new car to Steve.
