Waited 10 weeks to get a special ordered vehicle and it
Waited 10 weeks to get a special ordered vehicle and it was not given the agreed options. Most of the options were installed by dealership. I don?t believe I was given the vehicle that was agreed to these options include vehicle color, trailer hitch and wiring, spray in bed liner and some of the included options that are included with options packages.

I took my car in for an oil change to maintain my
I took my car in for an oil change to maintain my warranty. They advised I had to have additional work done. Upon completion, when I went to get in my car, I noticed my driver door looked damaged. I went inside to get the service man and he looked and said I must have wrecked my car. I was livid, I did not wreck my car. He returned with 2 additional men and they said something must have flown up on the road and hit my car. When they walked away, I got a rag from my car and with applying quite a bit of pressure I could roll the lines away. Some sort of thick substance that had obviously been sprayed all over it. I would think if it was something I had done on the way there as they suggested, would they not have noticed this during it being serviced and washed? Once I discovered it would come off, they took it back to the body shop and they finished removing whatever it was. The body shop brought my car around and no one came out to talk to me or explain what it was. After standing there a while I got in my car and left. I feel like someone should have acknowledged they made an error or apologized for accusing me. I don't like being made to feel like I now need to take pictures of my vehicle when I arrive for service.

GO TO WHITEWATER MOTORS OR ANYWHERE ELSE THAT ISNT
GO TO WHITEWATER MOTORS OR ANYWHERE ELSE THAT ISNT HIRLINGER. Wish I could do zero stars. Took them 9+ months to fix a transmission that was under warranty. You have to call them to get any kind of communication because they sure as xxxx aren’t trained in any sort of customer service capacity to know to keep you informed. I would go weeks without hearing from them. And even at the end when we were told “2 more days” it ended up being 3 weeks later with zero communication but magically when I called it was ready. They tried to not offer me a complimentary rental at no cost since it was taking them forever. They didn’t agree to give me a rental until after I threatened to get a lawyer. I have 4 children and hirlinger didn’t give 2 xxxxs if I was able to provide for my family or if my children were able to be taken to school. I have a handicapped child that was missing doctors appointments… hirlinger DID NOT care. This place is a joke. They have zero knowledge of car related issues. Their mechanics are the slowest people in the industry. They treat their customers like they are children that haven’t developed intelligence yet. They are condescending and they don’t deserve to be in the line of work they are in. I have cash on hand to buy me a new work vehicle and you can bet your xxx that hirlinger will never see a dollar from me again. Oh, and Tibbi disappears when it comes to satisfying a customer.

2018 chevy cruze
I had a emergency situation where my tire popped and my wheel was bent they got my car in with no appointment got the damaged wheel replaced all 4 tire changed at my request and informed me of the need of a coolant flush due to the age of my car and got all of it done within 2 days. And got me back on the road I couldn't be happier with the amazing service I received.

Have bought many vehicles from Hirlinger over the years. Always have good customer service and vehicle value. First experience buying used from them and it was a decent experience.
