I scheduled service on a Friday because they showed that
I scheduled service on a Friday because they showed that there was an open appointment. However, my vehicle wasn't even looked at until Monday. I had canceled service with another repair shop because this appointment was supposed to be sooner. Why show an open appointment if you can't actually get to my repair? At least the other shop was honest about when they could get me in. Also, I received no updates Friday afternoon or on Saturday despite calling and leaving messages to get updates. A purvis service rep that used to work there, David, was always proactive in keeping me updated. A positive was that the repair, once started, was quick and fixed the problem. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the only service rep there was on the phone. I was but greeted or even acknowledged and finally the cashier had to find my paperwork. I never talked with a rep for a closeout of the repair.
