Excellent RV service
We have a 2017 Roadtrek motorhome on a Chevy 3500 Express Van chassis. We have visited Bob Pulte Chevy 3 times for service - twice for scheduled maintenance and once for warranty repair. Their service department is EXCELLENT. They are courteous, knowledgeable, timely and customer focused. This week we drove past a dozen dealerships in Cincinnati because we trust them to take good care of our “home” on wheels - and they always DO! May be a bit out of the way, but well worth the drive! These guys ROCK! Highly recommend!

Buying a new car ripped off
If you never been ripped off by car dealership visit bob pulse Chevrolet in Lebanon Ohio. called financial department twice two days later after I bought the car because they added service contact with out even asking me if I wanted . Amenda never call me back . She just ignored my two voicemails what I leave for her. On top of that I get 6.50% interest for credit scores 813 which is excellent. And then the price on internet shows 14.477.00 but the manager tried to tell me that is a mistake someone did in main corporation. I traded a car and SUV and they bought both of them for very little money. Basically I just give it to them. Then a week later after I bought the car I found out that my income decreases for personal reasons. So I went back to them to ask what options I have and if they are returning policy available. The sell man told me nothing they can do for me. I personally think they take advantage of me because I?m a woman and I don?t speak very good English and I have trouble understanding everything. I never will buy or recommend bob pulte Chevrolet to. no one. I really hope someone read this but I Mreviews.

Servicing review.
It was easy making an appointment. I got there a little early but was taken soon after arrival. The wait was a little longer than usual, but it included a car wash without charge. We will be going to Florida in January, and each year I have the car checked before going. Thank you.
