Can't believe you made a deal and waiting to hear back on
Can't believe you made a deal and waiting to hear back on the transportation part we are splitting then I get a email saying we have some one here know looking at the car that we already made a deal on and they tell me know I'm next in line xxx kind of dealer is that then next morning they drop the price so they just did not want to honor are deal never ever been treated this way in all my years of buying cars stay away from this dealer

Bob Pulte is our local Chevy dealership. We had our first oil change and tire rotation on the 2024 Silverado 2500. There was one vehicle ahead of us and the technician took amazing care of our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Bob Pulte to anyone.

My experience was positive from the time I arrived for my
My experience was positive from the time I arrived for my appointment. I was welcomed at the door and information was given on what the procedure was for the service call. Trina was top shelve and the tech took great care to guide me. Trina clearly explained my options and detailed the actions that would take place. Dave called me and a part was necessary and the next day I was driving my Tahoe. Really impressed. The whole dealership was that way from when I bought it all the way to a service call. Thanks

Had an appointment for my first included service on my new 2023 Traverse. It was for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They were ready and took me right on time. It took much less time to complete the servicesthan expected. They gave me a copy of my inspection report so I would know the condition of my vehicle.

I've been going here for several years and have always had a good experience. Informative, helpful and friendly. Austin has been extremely helpful. I recently dealt with Jett, and she was friendly and helpful as well. So far, no complaints at all.

I left my car overnight and they kept it all day the next
I left my car overnight and they kept it all day the next and when I picked it up, the update had not been done. They argued that it had been and it hasn’t and clearly shows on the screen that it hasn’t so they had me take it home without the work being done after me having to take a day off of work and the car still not getting done. Service insisted it had been done and the screen says the update was paused and not completed and doesn’t show in recent updates. They basically said I didn’t know what I was talking about and for me to take my car that it’s fine. And it is not
