My experience with Jake Sweeney Chevrolet was, and has continued to be, a very positive and uplifting one. Customer service was, and is, definitely a top priority for everyone there. Also, there is no "one size fits all" mentality. Each person and circumstance is approached as a unique opportunity. Everyone I encountered, definitely made a stressful time much better. I was stressed out over my current vehicle not running very well, and possibly costing me my job. Overall, I was just hoping to leave with a better running car. Wow, was I surprised! Although, my credit was not stellar, Thelma was able to pre-approve me. Even when I proved to be a little unreliable, thanks to my car, she went out of her way to match me up with Chad Begley. She could have just moved on and left me wafting in the breeze; but she took her time to match me up with the kind of person she believed would serve me, and my situation, best. From the beginning, I could tell he was a different kind of sales person. He was experienced with helping people with similar backgrounds to my own; and he was willing to go the extra mile to assist me throughout the process, without any high pressure tactics. As time went by, I began to relax more and more. More importantly, when things were not going smoothly with the car I was approved for, the Spark had a recent Stop Sale put onto it, he worked with the powers that be to honor the deal by having me upgraded to a Chevy Sonic. It did raise my monthly payments, slightly; but it was still within my budget and ended up being a much nicer car. From the spacious trunk to the back up camera and display, it was as though this car was meant to be. In fact, even the color, Arctic Blue, was a perfect match for me. It may have taken a little more time; but it was well worth the wait. Even a week later, Chad continued his excellent customer service; and this where he really shines. Most places and people only seem concerned with signing on the dotted line and moving on to the next possibility. With Chad Begley, just because the deal is done, that does not mean the customer relationship has to end. There is no doubt, I am a Jake Sweeney Chevreolet customer for life, as long as Chad is with the company. I look forward to having my Husband buy his first new truck, in a few years, and I might eventually trade in my new car. Until then, I am going to love her and take great care of her.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation and needed a car immediately. From the very first phone call Darrin made me feel like he would do everything to help me and he did! The first car he found for me did not make me happy and I just couldn't bring myself to buy it. Instead of pressuring me to buy it like most salesmen would, he worked diligently to find the perfect car for me! I've never had a car buying experience like this!
