My experience was very enjoyable, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition the staff was very helping on giving information on my vehicle. Furthermore the staff helped me clean out my old car.:-)

This is Mrs.Bennie a recent customer .I jus t wanted to say that in overall experience that I never thought that I could own a 2012 car first off. All the employees were very attentive and considerate of my service and attended to my every need. Also, took the time out to help me with my paper work and understanding the process that entailed with getting a new car. Giving me a agreeable amount that I could afford that I can't go beyond my means and understanding that I have a family and bills and giving me and my husband a price we could afford. Basically, all in a nut shell they helped me and I appreciate the service that they offered and I walked out with a smile and a new car that my family loves and that is reliable and efficient to go throughout the winter. i just purchased a brand new chevy cruze 2014. I went in to get more information about refinacing my car or trade in.after hearing what was best for me i chosed to trade in. the empolyees that assist me were very imformative and helpful. by finding what was best for me budget wise.so thanks to jake sweeney im happy with my purchase and my experience there.

Gary was my 1st point of contact and his upbeat attitude...

Gary was my 1st point of contact and his upbeat attitude was a pure pleasure.No pressure what so ever. Katie was introduced to me during the process and she was also my hands on person in case I had any questions or concerns. I did need to take my car back for detailing and also again for a minor fix and Katie was awesome. Katie set me up with a loaner so I would not be inconvenienced with not having a vehicle. My husband also purchased a used vehicle from Gary and I had the need to call him today with a question and he was very quick to call back. This was most definately an awesome team to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. Kudos to the both of you for a job well done, Kelly Q

I visited Jake Sweeney Chevrolet to shop for a new car. The manager Aaron was very friendly and connected me with Shana. Shana took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me as many models as I wanted to see, and walked me through my first car-buying experience. I am very appreciative of her help, and because of her I am extremely happy with my new Chevy Cruz!

Shana was awesome in helping me. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Shana made the experience very nice. I appreciated her honesty to my questions, and just her overall kindness. I spoke to her first by phone, then came to the dealership. There was no 'pressure', but instead a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you!
