i just purchased a brand new chevy cruze 2014. I went in to get more information about refinacing my car or trade in.after hearing what was best for me i chosed to trade in. the empolyees that assist me were very imformative and helpful. by finding what was best for me budget wise.so thanks to jake sweeney im happy with my purchase and my experience there.

Gary was my 1st point of contact and his upbeat attitude was a pure pleasure.No pressure what so ever. Katie was introduced to me during the process and she was also my hands on person in case I had any questions or concerns. I did need to take my car back for detailing and also again for a minor fix and Katie was awesome. Katie set me up with a loaner so I would not be inconvenienced with not having a vehicle. My husband also purchased a used vehicle from Gary and I had the need to call him today with a question and he was very quick to call back. Shana took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me as many models as I wanted to see, and walked me through my first car-buying experience.
