Great experience.

Great experience. No hassle Stood behind their word Made the whole experience easy and no complications and no controversy about who said what and what what was promised. They stood behind everything they said ! Dave Parker ( not the baseball player ) and Josh Waddell were fantastic ! I will buy again.

Best experience we have had in a long time. Salesperson "Paul Knighten" who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable with purchasing a new vehicle. Paul and everyone we met was very respectful, polite, took time with us, answered all our questions. They go beyond just a sale of a vehicle; they don't pressure you at all. Look up PAUL KNIGHTEN, fantastic salesman. Very efficient in all aspects of purchasing a vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! We bought a used truck from here, not even 3 months later we find out it needs $3,000+ repairs even thou we have barely driven it!! Either their inspection process is a joke or they knowingly sold us a broken vehicle and now they are giving us the run around when we contacted them about it. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! FIND A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP!!

1990 model, operating in 2024?

I arrived at 8 am for an 8 am appointment and got checked out at 11 am. ApplePay is advertised as being accepted, and it's not, so the last time I came, I had to leave and come back to pay. Verizon reception could be better in the building, and the wifi hardware has not been updated in a long time because it was unbelievably slow, even when the place was relatively empty. Tony is the best part about the place, though.. by a mile. Lose him, and I'll stop going. Get your payment processor to fix the tap to pay and have a network guy evaluate your wifi. GMC is too profitable to be failing so miserably in these easy-to-fix areas.

We were pleased with Jerry Bittner and the entire process of purchasing the Gmc Terrain Denali. This is the second one we owned. Jerry had to look to find what we wanted. It was in Indy. Thanks so much to Jerry and the dealership. Ron and Jerry Shope
