Write a reviewDishonest dealer
I made an appointment to buy a car at their store, but they transfer this car to another store next day, and change the price of that car. Dishonest.

Lease buyout
Overall, excellent although with a false start caused by an under motivated employee. Others jumped in and made sure I got the help and support I needed. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

This is nothing against the salesman who helped me. I have been buying or leasing vehicles from Borcherding GMC for over 30 years. I turned in my third leased vehicle and leased a new one. About a month later I get a letter from GM Financial saying I owed 252 dollars for excessive wear and tear because of a flat tire. I didn't drive it on the lot with a flat tire, no warning lights were on concerning the tire pressure, the salesman did walk around the vehicle when I turned in the keys and nothing was said. I called and disputed this charge with GM. I was told to contact the dealership. I contacted the dealership. They were less than helpful, Steve Camp Finance and Pat Ruska(SP) the General Manager, I received one call back from Pat with "I'll look into it" then nothing, emailed with Steve, he answered and said he would get with his GM Rep. I had to ask him twice after that if any results yet. Then I get a three way call from Steve, some Rep from GM and GM financial. I ended up having to pay half the cost of the flat tire. In the midst of all this GM Financial actually put it on my credit report that I was over 30 days late and dropped my score by 50 points!!!! I am very disappointed in this company. I and my husband have done business with them almost as long as we have been buying vehicles. But rest assured when my husbands lease is up and my lease is up on this one we will NEVER lease another GM vehicle. All for 136 dollars.

Great shopping experience! Chris Cleaver made the entire experience outstanding! Quick and easy -we were out the door in less than two hours. Very professional.
Terrible
Went in for front damage covered by insurance. When I picked up the vehicle it had no power to the right passenger head lamp, missing the antenna shark fin from the top and had a crack in the windshield. We took it back and they agreed to fix it. Picked it up today and the windshield is still cracked which they stated they couldn’t fix because it wasn’t covered by my insurer. WHY THE xxxx WOULD MY INSURER COVER IT WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT? I have proof the windshield was not cracked prior to dropping off the vehicle and I will be doing anything I can to hold you all responsible for it. I would NOT recommend getting your car fixed here even if your car insurance recommends it.
Dont buy a Buick
Paid $30,000 for a certified Buick enclave with 30, 000 miles, now has 60,000 miles. Had problems from week 1 till now. 3 of my 4 visits to service resulted in the issue not being solved or fixed. It still whines at 40 mph when the car is cold. There is a definite transmission issue or torque converter issue that is being ignored, though I have mentioned it twice. I just had an ac compressor failure, and although certified it was not covered. The repair price quoted was over twice what I had it repaired for . One a a half years after I paid 30k its worth 15 k? Half what I paid for it? I think I know why. My 200,000 mile Toyota and Lexus were perfect when sold. Buick still has a long way to go.
New car purchase
A great experience working with our sales rep Hank. He was extremely supportive
Dishonest
Found a used truck online, was suppose to have 39,600 miles, clean Carfax, purchased vehicle and drove off lot, stopped a nearest gas station to read owners manual to turn of wipers and read about displays, found no manual, called back and was told I would be sent a brand new one in a couple of days, as I drove down the road, (10 miles from the dealer I noticed that the mileage was over 41,000 miles, when I got home I called about the mileage and the manual, was told they changed their mind and would not be sending the owners manual. By this time I had seen enough of this dealership and cancelled my extended warranty. (I had lost trust in this dealership. I then requested the free Carfax, just to check if they were telling the truth about it being clean, my truck had front end damage reported the previous year. Most likely will not purchase another vehicle from them.
