Service has gone down the drain at This dealership. Slow service, miscommunications among staff,& Disregard for customer

Everyone was pleasant. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and had snacks and coffee.

Sadly I was sent one amount for service in a email for my 90k mile service and then told that was incorrect. They should have honored the amount they provided. I have been dealing with them for a decade so that was disappointing.

16K service and software upgrades for my Hyundai ... was well taken care of by my service advisor Brendell. Very courteous and informative!

Chuck Elliot was so helpful and kind when I went to get my oil change! The waiting room was also very clean and inviting.

Arrived early for my appointment was welcome and escorted to the gentleman spoke to me about my service and he picked the paint stick to touch up the spots from rocks hitting my hood and driver’s side door.
