Great service very knowledgeable good place to do business. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealer the auto mall has about 20 different dealers. So u can compare different brands without traveling around town.

I searched for my vehicle on line and found the one I wanted. I met Chad at the dealership, told him what I wanted and in less than 3 hours later I was driving home my new truck!

Great Salesman bad finance guy
My wife and I recent just purchased a new car via Kings Dodge. We were very happy with the salesman Chad Johnson. He was very professional and took very good care of us through the whole process. We noticed he had a past award for employee of the year on his desk and we can for sure verify he was fantastic. The only complaint we have is the finance guy at the end. We do not see him on this list to choose from but we were told he is newer to the dealership. He was a nice guy but when it came time to sell us the warranty he was very pushy and when we declined an offer he would sign and get really mad at us. This happened several times and it eventually even made my wife mad and that is hard to do. We eventually got a warranty at the price we wanted but it was very unprofessional to act the way he did. I also asked him questions about the numbers and he spoke to me like I was stupid.

would not install 2 peddels that came with the car in trunk
it would take 2 minutes to put the peddels,your employee's are just lazy. Told me to go to another dealer!!! I don't think dodge would agree

Great Service
I had a recall on my Jeep. I contacted Mark in the service department and told him that I had a meeting so if it would take longer than 2 hours, I would need to reschedule. He said that he didn't want to take a chance on me being late for my meeting so he got me a loaner so I could get back to the office. It was a great experience!

Good "express" service, just not quick enough.
I had my oil changed and tires rotated and waited nearly an hour and forty-five minutes for "express" service. I would rather make and appointment and get the service done in 30-45 mins..
