I have had my Lincoln MKZ serviced at Montgomery Lincoln and the service has been uniformly excellent. The Service Advisor, Brian Lipka, is very customer oriented and explains clearly the status of your vehicles's maintenance and any issues which may need additional service. I strongly recommend their services and believe they do their level best to ensure your satisfaction.

Happy New Car Day!
I had driven the same kind of car for the last 10 years and this time around I wanted an upgrade. It came down to the Lincoln MKC or the Cadillac XT4. I chose the Lincoln because it was a quieter ride and a little more affordable, while looking just as sharp, and I?m really happy with my purchase! My sales consultant, John Bomkamp, was great to work with, and really, everyone there was very friendly. No high pressure sales here.

Efficient
The service for my 2009 MKS was handled very efficiently by service advisor, Brian Lipka, and addressed all concerns I had about my vehicle's performance due to "Accessory Power Active"message, that would not clear when vehicle turned off.

Sold me a 2015 with a voided warranty due to engine sludge.
I bought a 2015 Infiniti. Found out the engine warranty was voided due to engine sludge. I want to make like the deal never happened and be reimbursed accordingly, but they refuse. They want me to eat the interest on my loan and prorate the extra warranty that I purchased.

Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1. I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon. But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
