Car dealers have a bad rep. If you’ve had a bad experience in the past with other dealers, I recommend calling Jeff K at Performance Lexus. He wasn’t pushy and knew his stuff. This was the easiest process and most stress free process I’ve had. Rich the sales manager was fast and fair. Andrew the floor manager kept us comfortable during the process and Jason the finance manager was extremely knowledgeable and transparent. They seemed to honestly care. We visited Cincinnati's Performance Lexus (PL) on multiple occasions making sure to complete our due diligence in the car buying process. There was never any pressure...from anyone. EVERYone is/was ALWAYS extremely professional, kind and considerate. Rick always kept my husband and I with a smile on ours faces and made us feel comfortable. He communicated consistently to us that his goal was to ensure we were 100% satisfied AND happy. For many, car buying can be a daunting task and I am no exception and also a (very) hard sell, but Rick was able to break thru that shell (sorta speak). I purchased a used vehicle through Performance Lexus. Mike Witte was the salesman that assisted me. He was great, honest and no nonsense. I was an out of state resident but was still in and out with the purchase of my dream car within 2 hours. Jeff Butler was the finance person and he too was great! Performance Lexus has become our “go to” dealership 2 purchases later. We became familiar with this specific location because our parents have leased exclusively Lexus for the past 20 years so we knew we needed to check it out for ourselves. I walked in the door and met Rick Hubble. The previous day I had spent 3 hours at another Lexus dealership and left there unsatisfied and not as informed as I had expected. After spending 5 minutes with Rick, I knew he knew his product. In fact, within 20 minutes he had me test driving a car I hadn't even thought about trying out. In 2011 I bought a new RX350 and was looking to replace it with the updated version. Rick, knowing I liked the ride of the 350, and learning I spent a lot of time in my car with my business, suggested the quiet ride of a hybrid. Within 15 minutes of testing driving the hybrid, I was sold. The purchase negotiations were easy, as well as working with Jeff Bulter in financing ( he also has great taste in music ). Geoff Bobst did a great job in showing us what technology came with the RX450h, and taught us well. I bet we'll be headed back there once we want to dive a little deeper into the "bells and whistles" the car has to offer. When someone is making a luxury purchase, not only do they want to be thrilled with the purchase, they want to enjoy the entire buying process. I am thrilled with he car, and I enjoyed the entire experience.

My wife and I knew we wanted to trade our 2004 Lexus RX for a newer Approved used RX. We were blessed with having Ms. Kati Sweeney as our dealer agent.
