Rick and his support staff were great. We showed up on a Sunday afternoon, one hour before closing, with no intention on driving a Lexus home, and three hours later I am headed home in our new Lexus RX350. We can’t thank Rick, Rich and Jason enough for giving up their Sunday night to make this a very positive experience. Thanks again and look forward to working with you going forward.

Rick helped us with the lease of a new Lexus GX 460. He was very patient with us during this process. We were between that model and another. He went through both models extensively with us. We never felt pressured and Rick was very professional and knowledgeable. He made this experience stress free and fun. I will request Rick next time I am shopping for a Lexus!

My wife and I again for the 3rd time at Performance Lexus a simple easy buying experience. We traded in our 2007 ES350 for a 2018 IS300 received the amount we wanted for our car and the pricing on the new car without any long drawn out discussions. The same experience continued with Finance and Technology/Delivery. The entire staff at Performance Lexus is always Friendly and Helpful with a smile looking to make sure you are needs are taken care of. Not the typical dealer experience and that is why we always come back.

Everyone at Performance Lexus was very professional. The Lexus SC 430 was a beautiful car and was detailed very well for an 11 year old car. It looked almost new. We decided to trade in our 350 RX and do a lease. As we had never done a lease before we had lots of questions. Tony was very helpful providing information. He was also very helpful finding the car we wanted and getting it to us quickly. Great experience and we love our new NX!
