I bought a new Crosstrex on November 30th and financed
I bought a new Crosstrex on November 30th and financed through Chase Bank Subaru Financing. Today is January 8th and I still have not received my memorandum of title so I can buy license plates. I inquired with the salesman who sold me the car and he said he would get back to me when he found out why. I still have not heard back 6 days later. I am 69 years old and have bought at least a dozen new cars. Never experienced anything this unprofessional. Update: I was contacted today and given an alternative so I can get my license plates. The salesman contacted me also and apologized that he forgot to update me. I have revised my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

This is our 8th Subaru in our family fleet.
This is our 8th Subaru in our family fleet. In fact, we have bought 3 Subaru's in the last 18 months alone. The experience dealing with Sean Dever and Jim Davidson and Sequoia in service was flawless - Sean exceeded our expectations he even personally walked me over to meet the rest of the service team. . He was accessible, and very knowledgeable. I was looking for the wireless charger to be included and Sean informed me that the system was overheating the phone and therefore is now unavailable. We are huge Subaru fans!! Thank -you Sean for making it a very pleasurable experience.

They did a great job on my 60,000 mile service.
They did a great job on my 60,000 mile service. Would have gotten 5 STARs ***** if they had reset my clock. Doesn't seem too much to ask for a $1,000 service.
