Everyone was so personable to deal with. Danny did a great job setting my appointment up over the phone and having my car staged to test drive. Rashaad... worked out a great deal with me. Jody was the best finance guy I?ve ever worked with. Overall, I couldn?t be happier with my experience or the wonderful new Acadia I ended up with.
"Attempted" to buy a used Trailblazer but luckily my son in the back seat on a test drive attempted to roll down the window. It went down and stuck, and... the guy said "we'll take care of that" The next day I stop back to buy it, check in hand for our agreed to price, figuring it'd be fixed, and it was. But he said the price we agreed to yesterday would now have to add on the window repair! What?? My son didn't break the window, he just discovered an issue. They wouldn't budge! It was even the last day of the month, I was offering the listed price, I just wanted a fixed car! They marched out the manager with all the "other work" they'd done on it to justify their price, plus the full retail repair of the window now added in! I said no way, I'll pay what we agreed to, with the window fixed, but the let me walk out. Two days wasted messing with them and they wanted me to pay to fix their used car. Don't waste your time there! Never been back, never will, and let everyone I know to stay clear.
The service at Joseph Buick is always amazing and I’m always greeted promptly. They make sure I get to work and picked back up. I would definitely recommend... for service.
Sent a request online and called multiple times! Have not heard back. Terrible customer service. Stay away! I took my money to another dealer that actually... helped!

Having driven over 100 miles and agreed to deal, they pulled the old bait and switch with the pricing and the "new" car had 1,800 miles on the clock. Shadiest... dealer I have dealt with, you have a choice so do what I did and vote with your feet.
Best car buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone was professional, courteous and treated me like family, even after the sale! Had a small issue... after i bought my truck and they told me to bring it back immediately to be fixed. Next day i stopped by and they got me right in for service. Found my new dealership and glad to be part of the Joseph family!

I brought the car in to investigate the indicator light showing there was something wrong with the electronic breaks. The appointment was at 09:10. Upon... arriving at the dealership I made it very clear that I needed to leave at 10:15 am no later. If there was a major issue I was prepared to bring the car back. Around 10:45 I was informed there was an issue with a sensor. They had the part and we’re going to replace it. I again indicated I need to leave by 10:15. At 10:10 I proceeded out to the service desk when I was told “ they would get me as soon as the work was done. At 10:30 I was very irritated. I told the service person he had 10 minutes or he was to put the car back together and I was leaving. I finally left at 10:45.

I am alarmed by the lack of customer service and ineptitude by multiple employees after THEY made a huge mistake. After visiting the dealership for about... 30 minutes, we left and realized our license plates were missing from our vehicle when we got to another dealership across the street. My husband called the dealership immediately to ask if they had taken the plates off our car. After having to explain the situation multiple times (because it is such an outrageous thing to happen), we did get confirmation that they had taken the plates off our car and had put one of them onto another car a customer had driven off in. While this was a HUGE mistake, I understand that mistakes happen. What we are most frustrated with is how they proceeded to handle the situation. They offered no sympathies, not a single apology and no attempt to rectify the situation or come up with a solution to get our plates to us/get us a car that we can drive. The general sales manager was blame-shifting, dismissive and accusatory. My husband had to contact them multiple times over the next 24 hours and ultimately had to threaten filing a police report for stolen plates before they finally gave them back to us. Needless to say, the Joseph Buick GMC license plate cover they delivered along with the plates is in the trashcan...
This dealer never responded to my inquiry! As of the writing of this review, they still have not responded.
