It took them eight days to get my car in the garage and look at it. Not very friendly people. My car sit 48 days in their parking lot.

I was having issues with my car.
I was having issues with my car. I called the service department and explained my issue over the phone. They told me what they believed the problem was and said I could bring the car in and they would get it taken care of that day. I dropped the car off and they fixed the issue that day.

Recently got an oil change and tire rotation.
Recently got an oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room well equipped. Funny thing happened though; my keys were lost! Had everybody searching for them. Made my day!

The car I was about to test drive had 0 gas which was
The car I was about to test drive had 0 gas which was frustrating, but they quickly added gas when it was brought to their attention. The finance process took longer than expected due to electronic errors - no big deal. The end of the purchase was frustrating as I felt very rushed to get the things from my old car into the new car (it was closing time) but I was there hours earlier. I wish I had more time to get my things out of my car. I ended up accidentally leaving change and other random things behind because I didn’t want to hold anyone up. Looking back, I wish I took my time as this was a big purchase. Oh well. All in all, very professional but didn’t appreciate being rushed.
