I bought a new 2021 Envision at this dealership 6 months...
I bought a new 2021 Envision at this dealership 6 months ago. It has illuminating strips inside on front doors, vents and dash. One strip went out. Their service dept said they didn't know what this lighting is and can't fix it. So they cant fix or replace something on one of their new cars??? They don't want to help me so I asked them to call Corporate (Engineering) to figure it out. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Your service department was not willing to fix or replae a strip of ambient lighting in my new 2021 Envision. They said they didnt know what it is ??? This is a special feature. Go online and it tells all about new ambient lighting on this car. Im discouraging others about your dealership and service and will continue on social media until you resolve this issue. Lisa Hurst

Be careful when you pick your car up from being service!! It might be damage like mines was and I was told by Dwayne France the service advisor that I bought my car there like that!! And after they review the camera and noted and seeing that I didn’t bring my car it was not damaged when I bought it there I did not get no apologies from Dwayne or anything but they did fix it thanks to Karl Moeller!! I always check your car out when it has been serviced!!
Everyone was so personable to deal with. Danny did a great job setting my appointment up over the phone and having my car staged to test drive. Rashaad worked out a great deal with me. Jody was the best finance guy I?ve ever worked with. Overall, I couldn?t be happier with my experience or the wonderful new Acadia I ended up with.
No support after the sale
Ongoing issues with my new truck. Sent multiple emails to GM, new car sales manager and service manager with no response. Had a recent call for a satisfaction survey after oil change appointment and I asked to speak to the GM. 4 days later and still no call back or response to emails.
Stay away, make you pay to fix their used cars!
"Attempted" to buy a used Trailblazer but luckily my son in the back seat on a test drive attempted to roll down the window. It went down and stuck, and the guy said "we'll take care of that" The next day I stop back to buy it, check in hand for our agreed to price, figuring it'd be fixed, and it was. But he said the price we agreed to yesterday would now have to add on the window repair! What?? My son didn't break the window, he just discovered an issue. They wouldn't budge! It was even the last day of the month, I was offering the listed price, I just wanted a fixed car! They marched out the manager with all the "other work" they'd done on it to justify their price, plus the full retail repair of the window now added in! I said no way, I'll pay what we agreed to, with the window fixed, but the let me walk out. Two days wasted messing with them and they wanted me to pay to fix their used car. Don't waste your time there! Never been back, never will, and let everyone I know to stay clear.
Poor Customer Service
Sent a request online and called multiple times! Have not heard back. Terrible customer service. Stay away! I took my money to another dealer that actually helped!

Worst dealership experience, bait and switch
Having driven over 100 miles and agreed to deal, they pulled the old bait and switch with the pricing and the "new" car had 1,800 miles on the clock. Shadiest dealer I have dealt with, you have a choice so do what I did and vote with your feet.
Bait and switch is alive and well and this awful dealership
Don't even think of going to this dealership - was openly lied to and presented higher numbers when picking up a new Enclave having driven ~100 miles, the sales team were the worst I have even encountered.
The service at Joseph Buick is always amazing and I’m always greeted promptly. They make sure I get to work and picked back up. I would definitely recommend for service.
