I have been a loyal customer to Honda since 2019. I have religiously taken my Honda Pilot for oil changes and routine checks the past year. I took my suv in because I had several emergency lights come on out of nowhere. It was 200 just to run a simple diagnostic. I will not be returning to Honda Colerain.

Attentive to my required services and flexibility in additional items. Good communications in answering questions regarding non-necessary services (tire treads) at this time
