Thank you for your review!
I had been car shopping for a few months and had crunched numbers pretty extensively. I knew that if I bought a car with the sticker price $X, it would cost me roughly $Y after taxes/fees/trade. I test drove the car locally but they didn't have the color I wanted. Wound up at Wyler. They had the car I wanted and the sticker price was within $500 of $X. I decided to play the game and talk numbers. I knew something was wrong when the first offer sheet was put in front of me. The monthlies were way, way off. Like $200/mo off. They had bundled over $8k in dealer addons. This wasn't my first time buying a vehicle and I've dealt with dealers adding random stuff to the invoice...but $8K?! There's making a living and then there's scamming people out of money. Completely outrageous. After point-blank telling them I wasn't paying for the add-ons, it still took three "back-and-forths" to get them to produce an invoice that was essentially just the sticker price. Surprise surprise, after they knocked off all of their worthless addons the monthlies were within $15 what I had originally calculated. I was deeply irritated with the entire process and it felt gross for them to try and fleece me *that* much for a vehicle. They won't see another dime from me and I won't hesitate to tell others how my experience was.

Please give us a call and ask to speak to our General Manager directly so we can better assist you.
Not a great experience. They started the listing with a price of $41,500ish and soon after my inquiry raised the price by approximately. $3k. Then a few days later the price dropped by about $6-700. I reached out and told them I was interested at the $41k initial price. They told me No Thank you to go buy my car from a Michigan dealer. They are from Ohio, 4 hours away. Totally classless and disconnected. Dunceton is clueless and I would never buy a car from them or their shady dealership and IMO no-one should. Buyer beware is how they should be approached. As of yesterday their Bronco is still for sale. My offer was very fair but apparently they don't like people from Michigan? Ryan Richardson was no better than Dunceton.

This most recent sales experience wasn't the better one of the two that I've had w/ this dealership. My first experience was a pleasant one considering that I was buying a very affordably priced used car for my son who was in high school at the time. This go around however, has left me with doubts of ever coming back to this dealership or referring some one there to consider buying a car from!!! My salesman I believe has played a minor role in my dissatisfaction bc he doesn't have the final say in resolving my issue. I feel that I was misled almost to the point of being lied to about the condition of the car before I took ownership of the vehicle. I bought a used vehicle w/hefty price tag attached to it ($40k) that I was told passed an inspection by the original manufacturer & Jeff Wyler. Come to find out, one of the major areas they said was satisfactory or passed, didn't!!! And it's a major component which affect the operation of the car & could potentially be harmful to the occupants during operation of the vehicle due to certain emissions. This problem which should be fixed w/o hesitation has left me questioning the integrity of this dealership due to the fact I've not owned the car currently for 72 hours after finding the issue in the area that they said was "Satisfactory". I'm giving this dealership the opportunity to make things right before taking things a step further! (I.e. filling a legal complaint)

I recently had an oil change, I went home and they forgot to reset my computer back to 100 % . I called and got ansering machine to leave a message, this was on a Saturday. I never heard back, so I called on Monday still had to leave a message , still no call back. I did this for about 3 days and never go nowhere with them. I was not happy, I tried to follow the book to reset myself and could not get it to work for me. It was firday and my daughter in law helped me with this and we got it figure out finally. I am just disappointed that nonone repsonded back to me and the fact that it was not done after the oil change as it should of been. Not satisfied with my visit!!!

Added large, non-negotiable fees both for changing the fluids in preowned cars (called "MOC"), as well as for a safety device installed in the rear of the vehicle that "blinks" when you brake. As mentioned, both fees were required (as the fluids were changed and device installed prior to you purchasing the vehicle), and are completely undisclosed until the actual time of sale.

Byron, or sales associate, was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. We were coming to the dealership from an hour and a half away. They were able to accommodate our schedule, allowed us to arrive before they opened, take the test drive and had us out the door with our new car in an hour and a half.

What a completely unprofessional and upsetting experience. We were at this dealership ready to purchase the car we picked out. We made an appointment hours earlier. WE TEST DROVE THE CAR. We were filling out paperwork when we were told "Sorry, someone else bought that car". That alone is bad enough. I thought it was at least an accident. but it was NOT AN ACCIDENT. We found out that someone else had test driven the car the day before and decided to think it over. When the salesperson caught wind that someone else was interested, KNOWING WE WERE SITTING RIGHT THERE, called the other people and told them to come in right away. They did and we didn't get the car. What a crap experience. What a crap way to treat your customers. I am so angry. I will make it my personal MISSION to spread as much negative attention to this dealership as I can.

On the first contact about the car somehow AI got involved and the price went went up $6,000 over asking price ? I was then e-mailed by a salesman who told me not to pay any attention to this ? After learning all about the car I made a reasonable offer thinking they would counter. That didn't happen and they just told me they would contact me if and when they ever lowered the price . I haven't dealt with a car salesman in over 20 years . Hated it then but I can see it's gotten much worse !

We had been shopping around for a new car and this dealership was awesome. Marcus was awesome and so easy to work with. This by far was the easiest and smoothest deal we have ever experienced at a dealership. If you’re looking to purchase, go here and ask for Marcus!!!
