I would like to know how you try to sell a transfer case

I would like to know how you try to sell a transfer case and rear differential service on a 2wd vehicle. This is the third time they've tried to do this! Additionally, how do you get away with charging a 15 dollar markup on transmission oil and charge $215 dollars to complete a transmission service. This did not include a filter change! This takes them 35 minutes at most to complete. The only thing the service did was take out the drain plug and replace the oil. Cost me $399.00 to take out a drain plug and replace the oil. Unbelievable how bad they are ripping people off.

Added large, non-negotiable fees both for changing the

Added large, non-negotiable fees both for changing the fluids in preowned cars (called "MOC"), as well as for a safety device installed in the rear of the vehicle that "blinks" when you brake. As mentioned, both fees were required (as the fluids were changed and device installed prior to you purchasing the vehicle), and are completely undisclosed until the actual time of sale.

Byron, or sales associate, was extremely helpful

Byron, or sales associate, was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. We were coming to the dealership from an hour and a half away. They were able to accommodate our schedule, allowed us to arrive before they opened, take the test drive and had us out the door with our new car in an hour and a half.

What a completely unprofessional and upsetting

What a completely unprofessional and upsetting experience. We were at this dealership ready to purchase the car we picked out. We made an appointment hours earlier. WE TEST DROVE THE CAR. We were filling out paperwork when we were told "Sorry, someone else bought that car". That alone is bad enough. I thought it was at least an accident. but it was NOT AN ACCIDENT. We found out that someone else had test driven the car the day before and decided to think it over. When the salesperson caught wind that someone else was interested, KNOWING WE WERE SITTING RIGHT THERE, called the other people and told them to come in right away. They did and we didn't get the car. What a crap experience. What a crap way to treat your customers. I am so angry. I will make it my personal MISSION to spread as much negative attention to this dealership as I can.

On the first contact about the car somehow AI got

On the first contact about the car somehow AI got involved and the price went went up $6,000 over asking price ? I was then e-mailed by a salesman who told me not to pay any attention to this ? After learning all about the car I made a reasonable offer thinking they would counter. That didn't happen and they just told me they would contact me if and when they ever lowered the price . I haven't dealt with a car salesman in over 20 years . Hated it then but I can see it's gotten much worse !

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I had to contact a lawyer about my problems with my vehicle. Service and management are awful. All they do is pass the buck to one person to another. Had my car in five times total into service department issue is still not resolved. I would never advise anybody to deal with it Jeff wyler Honda on colerain

Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever! The salesperson was inexperienced and the sale manager was very rude. I will take my business to another dealer before buying here.

I bought a vehicle in March and had it for 3 weeks, the first time I tried to use the AC , it blew warm air. This place never disclosed this to me and refused to do anything about it. I’m the end it cost me $2100 to fix and I still have temporary tags on it. If you know what is best for you and your money stay away from Jeff Wyler. They are worse than a buy here, pay here lot.
