Stay away from there used cars and service dept!
Stay away from there used cars and service dept! You have been warned. I bought a used car from them that had break issues. They were supposed to fix it. They never did, then offered me another car for 500 more. I test drove the car and found it acceptable, it went in for the '132 point' service check. Next thing I know it was leaking oil and a pulley was bad and they had found two disconnect aftermarket speakers, which they took. I brought it back, they said they would fix it. The car ended up being outsourced to a place in Tipp city. When I got the car back I could still smell oil burning, the inner panel, (door card) on the drivers side door was loose, the driver speaker didn't work anymore. They won't fix the door card. They kept telling me that they have lost money. I have never in all my years been so ripped off by a company that has a A+ rating. I would give them a F rating. They are a scam! I'm a senior and a widow, saved money for over a year to replace my broken Kia. This was a slap in the face. The service dept is shady and "outsources" work. I'm so sad, I trusted them and got crushed.

I can not thank Shawn Levi enough. We had an issue with filing a claim for gap insurance, I called and spoke with Shawn he walked me through the whole process I ended up coming into the dealership after getting some bad information from where we got the loan from. Shawn went above and beyond and was able to get everything resolved even though it had nothing to do with him or the dealership. Truly the definition of amazing customer service. I would never buy another car from anybody else. Can not thank y'all enough!

I would not buy a car or get your car serviced at this dealership. Love Toyota products but this dealership always trying to squeeze out 1 more dollar out of you. Word is out. Especially their service department. Spoke to so many people with bad experiences here. We are separating the word for sure

Overpriced for every service. I called in for a quote on replacing my front struts and mounts, I was told about $1500 in estimated costs. I asked for an inspection to ensure that I actually needed to get work done, I was told it is about $200 for an inspection. I called the dealership in Fairfield, and they said they would inspect my vehicle free of charge. I usually go to the one in Columbus. I just made the call to Vandalia today to see what price the service staff would come up with. For some reason, I’m always directed to one particular staff member who it seems likes to overcharge customers. Anytime, I ask to talk to another staff member, I always get redirected back to him. When I hear his name, I know I will get overcharged. Dealership in Columbus and Fairfield is much more trustworthy!

But joseph stepped up and I purchased another vehicle today (kevin and the gm were m great . I appreciate brian the gm helping me with another issue. I am back as a customer. Thanks

New car sales are great, my girlfriend purchased her 2022
New car sales are great, my girlfriend purchased her 2022 Tacoma there and could not be happier. Used car sales, however, are another story. I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord there and it was not cheap clunker for 5k or something it was 24k Got it with half a tank of gas, dirty (dust on dash and marks on trim on inside easily wiped off) and no floor mats. Also they had slapped on some cheap Vietnamese tires (GeoDrive? what the xxxx is that). Tires supposedly new but missing a valve stem cap on front drivers side, also out of balance per Discount Tire, who were nice enough to re balance for free and put the missing stem cap back on. Will have to spend 800 bucks on decent Michelin tires once I have the money. Spent 200 bucks on good custom floor mats first thing and glad I did as it snowed soon after getting this car and all that melted snow would have soaked onto the carpet. Still pissed about the half tank of gas. When I purchased a used car from a Chevy dealer a few years ago, car as totally detailed, full tank of gas, new tires and floor mats. I wrote Joseph Airport Toyota GM Chris Hahn about my concerns and sales guy called me and offered to have car cleaned again. I think I will pass, Soft Touch Car wash in Centerville will do a better job. Bottom line is pass on their used cars, if you want to be treated right get a new one.
