I've called service twice with no answer, left messages

I've called service twice with no answer, left messages and no call back. I tried to schedule a service online and did not receive a confirmation. I sent a message and did not receive an answer. I tried the website chat and was told to call or schedule online, no help whatsoever.

I'm happy with the purchase of my vehicle, but your service dept., online scheduling, messaging and chat is terrible.

I ordered parts from the parts dept. and I need to know if I have an appointment with the service dept., if not I need to make one. I tried to make one online for the 5th, but never received confirmation and I have been unable to get an answer from anyone.

Voss Toyota always a great dealership.

Voss Toyota always a great dealership. Sales and service the best in the greater Dayton area. Only negative is female porter who assists with customers vehicle when arriving needs VAST improvement in customer relations. She formerly worked in the cashiers window. Never spoke a word to us. RUDE. Now is working in the service department. We do not want anything to do with her. Still rude. Eats while dealing with customers cars! Nasty rude attitude. Friends of ours stated cause of her they are writing off Voss Toyota. She seems to not care and forgets who pays the bill:CUSTOMER!

Live and Learn

I went to Jeff Wyler on 6/9/23 for 5000 mile maintenance/inspection. I bought the Wyler maintenance package last year. What a disappointment. I was told 2 inspections ago that I would need new brake pads on the next visit. When I was there they didn’t even inspect the brakes. Honesty, I would be shocked if they even changed the oil. They wouldn’t rotate tires because I needed the wheel lock key. Come to find out it was in the glove compartment. This leads me to wonder if my tires were rotated the last 2 times I was there. No one has ever asked for the key before. It’s disappointing to think, because I was scheduled for 5:00, they did less than satisfactory work. They shouldn’t schedule people at that time if that’s the case. I bought my Toyota at Voss and had excellent service from purchasing to maintenance. I changed to Jeff Wyler because it was closer to home. I’m questioning my decision now. It’s just discouraging that I’m getting substandard care. This is the exact reason women do not trust when having something done to their vehicle.

Service provides no documentation that work was p

Service provided no paperwork that work was actually performed. When questioned, service manager recommended I bring vehicle back in. Why, if they did the work, there should be documentation.

Don't waste your time at this dealer for service

Had an appointment for 9am Vonage oil changed and Apple valley added to my 2018 Camry. Was told Carplay can take up to 2 hours so took shuttle home to wait. After 5.5 hours called to see about my car and service guy (Steve) said he was going to go back and see what was talking so long and would call me back in 5 minutes. After 35 minutes he finally called me back and said they were working on it now. I explained I had a 9am appointment so why was it just being worked on. He got very short with me and said that my car isn't the only car in the shop that day.I had flannel a Dr. appointment I had for 3:30 since I didn't have my car as promised. Never going back to that dealership again plus after getting g home with my car discovered they hadn't installed car play after all. Completely unprofessional.

Great car buying experience! From start to finish this...

Great car buying experience! From start to finish this was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. Mike Severs had great communication and was very easy to talk with. The finance manager Ethan George was equally as good and very thorough. They showed us all of the information before we decided to purchase and nothing was hidden. We truly appreciate their honesty throughout the process. They just earned my future business.

Listing customer cars for sale

This dealership intentional deceives consumers by listing customer cars that were special ordered and previously sold. They list them at the lower end of market price to draw clicks and calls but can’t deliver because the cars are already sold.

Tim Brown was our salesperson. Our family members have leased one and purchased more than one new Toyota from Voss Toyota. Tim handled each transaction in an honest way. Ethan helped process the final paperwork when I got my new Rav4. Happy with everything so far.
