It took about 20 minutes to find a salesman within open
It took about 20 minutes to find a salesman within open hours. Juan was fine in the sales process, there were a lot of people in the room with me in general. I came back the next day to get gas and such for my car since it was purchased late the day before. However, the car was never detailed even when I went back the day after and even the Sunday after purchase. The windshield was foggy, there were small mud splatters on the side of the center console on the passenger side. I tried to book a tint appointment that day and had to go through another representative that would set it up for me instead of waiting for a response from service.

Your telephone service is the worst I’ve ever seen
Your telephone service is the worst I’ve ever seen getting to speak to a human is absolutely absurd. Your staff is good, but your phone service is terrible.

Not very truthful in their tactics . Also very non professional at returning phone calls . Be very careful on extended warranties . They work with 3 companies who are very shady.
