Indiana resident here, simply looking for a lexus is350:
Indiana resident here, simply looking for a lexus is350: found what i wanted in dayton, did most back n forth with numbers remotely, very convenient. Drove 2 hours to get it, traded in my camaro, had a few issues, but Jeff Miller did great accommodating and making things right. Turned out to be a flawless outcome, very satisfied and will be back when we buy our rx 350. Thanks

****Please Read***** I would not go here!
****Please Read***** I would not go here! I would especially not buy anything from the finance individual that tries to sell you all the extras. Long story short I purchased a maintenance plan with the assumption(my mistake) that I would not be out of pocket any maintenance costs until 70,000 miles. After a few maintenance visits it was apparent that I didn’t get what I expected. Since I did not use any of that maintenance plan, I asked for a full refund which they agreed to. Three months later and after communicating with them several times they only refunded partial payment . My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle in June 2023.
I purchased a vehicle in June 2023. Paid cash, no financing. I was told I had no choice, but purchase LoJack. I said no, I wasn't purchasing it and walked away. I told the financing manager to let the salesman I was walking away. Two hours later, Ricardo the salesman called and asked where I was? I informed him what happened. He had no clue, checked with the manager, and I had been lied to by the financing guy. I spoke to the dealership manager. I let them know, I would return, purchase the vehicle if LoJack was removed. I was promised it would be removed. I returned, paid with a cashiers check. A few weeks later I had to take the vehicle back because the tires began wearing out. I wasn't given a car fax copy, only shown a copy at the dealership. The vehicle was completely rebuilt prior to purchase with new parts. I had to replace the tires from a faulty front end alignment they didn't tighten the jam nut. They still refuse to remove the LoJack system. It's hanging down hitting my legs under my dash at my pedals. I've been to the dealership multiple times. I've called the new car dealership. I was promised a call back. This is my third vehicle of the same make and model. That never happen. This is my third purchase of this same make and model of this vehicle. I know what to expect from these vehicles. I would not recommend Lexus of Dayton to anyone!

I've been a long time customer of Lexus of Dayton.
I've been a long time customer of Lexus of Dayton. However as of late the service has been subpar. The service manager Anthony seems to be on a power trip of some sort. His condescending tone, lack of concern, down right, poor customer service is unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change as well a diagnostic check. They informed me my car would not start even though I drove it there with no problem. They stated I needed a battery however I had just purchased one a week prior. I contacted AAA to have my car towed to another mechanic and didn't even try to jump my battery! I've have had so many issues with this service department. Their only interest is getting my is trying to upscale me on purchasing their services instead of finding out what the real issue is. I would not recommend this dealership for servicing!!!!!!

Rarely take time to write social media reviews. However experience I had at the dealership this week is worth a review. I was not needing a car, but always keeping an eye out for the right deal. On Tuesday of last week I had called in the morning to ask for a sales rep I had purchased from before. What could have been a honest mistake, I was put into voicemail. Not hearing back all day, I decided to call one more time as I was ready to pull the trigger on a near identical vehicle much closer to my house. This is when I sales person "Nick B" answered the phone. He informed me it was an honest mistake that I was put to voicemail of a former sales rep and that he would be happy to help. Having held management positions, and worked for good people in my career, I have to say, the energy and hustle was top notch. I explained the situation at the competing dealership and Nick cut through all the garbage negotiation and sales tactics that the other dealer tried to use on me (not knowing my background). In a matter of 60 minutes I had 3 phone calls from Nick setting the parameters of the deal. The next morning I was greeted by a text to ask if I was coming in at lunch or dinner. The weather was terrible for a drive to Dayton, and I was so tempted to just spend a little more money and head closer to make my purchase. I could not do it. Nick's hustle deserved a visit to look at the car. I arrived around dinner time and Nick was waiting at the door to greet me. The car was pulled up and we were ready to deal. Nick was efficient in execution as he was in setting up the deal. From getting payoffs, to coordinating the shop to ready the vehicle, to working with finance and matching the trade of the other dealer. I had other sales people that you would sit in the dealer for multiple hours waiting to get through. Some of this compliment also goes to Matt S. in Finance. Copies, signatures, even took the time to get me a refund for my trade in Lexus Warranty that I was not going to use. Customer was first with both of these gentlemen, not at the expense of the Company, but to be seamless and professional. The last part of the evening came when I was signing the paperwork. Matt told me that the detail team was not able to finish my car at the late hour, but would be happy to do so over the weekend if I wanted to come back. As I was saying I just wanted the plastic off the floor and the mats in, Nick came in the office and said he already had it done while transferring my plates. Nick also did not forget another small detail I had emphasized to him at the outset. I travel a lot and have a laptop in my car. It is imperative that I have a privacy shield cover over the cargo area. To end my experience, Nick did not forget that request. Lexus no longer sells them in parts, something I noticed even with the GX back in 2020. So Nick had me drive into the garage out of the rain, helped me move my belongings to the new car, then took me up to the "lost and found". Again, not additional expense to the company, but more time for him. Nick at the late hour was going through every privacy cover with a measuring tape to get me squared away. We ended up not finding one, but how could I be disappointed with that effort. To anyone buying a car, I cannot guarantee your sales person will give the same experience, but there is no question that Nick was a professional and will have me back for my next car which is due in about another year. In a still tight labor market, it is tough to find employees like that.

did a deal with Shane remotely, through texting and email. finalized a price and then sent the check for the remaining amount. once the check hit the dealership, i had to call, email, and text them to get anyone to respond. i had to set up an auto transporter service to get delivery of my vehicle from the dealership in ohio to my house in western ny. you would think that sales staff would keep me in the loop as to what was next and how much time needed to take place. keep in mind, it would have been nice of them to tell me that the car was ready, or that the deal was done, or anything else. as stated, i had to reach out to my salesman as well as the sales manager in order for them to do something. it's almost like they couldn't care less about me because i was 2 states away. trust me, they wouldn't do this to someone sitting there in front of them. this was my first purchase of a lexus ever - and buying from this 'stealership' really made it a negative experience. i bought a car online - sight unseen - almost 8 years ago, from illinois, and that whole transaction was amazing. the customer service, communication, etc - was top notch. LEXUS OF DAYTON? naah bro - not even close.
