Excellent and very professional, kind and competent. My problem is with the company, Mercedes Benz, who has not returned my prior service maintenance contract paid for by me.

I have stayed with Mercedes-Benz of Naples on Airport Road because of Jacky Dressman! She has gone above and beyond every time I have been in need! This time I was broken down on alligator alley in the middle of the night and Mercedes-Benz towed my car and Jacky took the best care of me as always!? I am indebted

I have owned a Mercedes for over 30 years and I noted that I was charged $11.99..for each fob After a $3000 bill, these should be free just as a car wash. In fact I have not only stopped in for batteries for my fobs and was given 2 extra

This Mercedes dealership is always very reliable. They make an appointment for needed service. They picked up the car for me to take it in, and returned it when it was finished. Everyone was pleasant and reliable.

My husband and I were greeted by Adam Davis when we walked into the Naples Mercedes-Benz dealership. Adam's energy, knowledge, professionalism and follow through made our experience a pleasant one. Adam was our sales representative.

Adam was our sales representative. He is knowledgeable and taught us about Mercedes Benz and guided us to a perfect fit. We were so pleased we went back a few months later and traded our other vehicle. Again he found another perfect fit. All of our dealings with service has been genuinely friendly and professional Randy in particular. This dealership has a culture of top level customer service. That has to begin at the top level to be so impressive at all levels.

Our salesman Kenny was friendly, kind, and easy to work

Our salesman Kenny was friendly, kind, and easy to work with. We fell in love with the car (2023 GLC 300), and he facilitated the purchase with speed and efficiency. Also, Sophia, who showed us all the interior tech on the car, was excellent (friendly and knowledgable) as well. Great experience!

As a continuing return customer, I appreciate not only the friendly staff, but they clean and bright and welcoming facility the service department, especially my service Jackie Dressman!!!! She never box anything I say, everything is completed on my list if she can?t get it done that day she stays on top of it. She is a a true professional in every sense of the word.!! I never have to check up on her or her work or the work of the service department. She is on top of it.
