Of all the experiences I have had with car dealers Kavere Louis was by far the best. He was kind and a joy to deal with. He was patient with all our questions and we never felt like we where being rushed into our purchase. I would recommend him to anyone. Dave was great and quick with getting all the paper work done and as well really took the time to answer our questions. The manager was also great All in all a really great experience. My last vehicle was not purchased at David Bruce, however, I tend to utilize the excellent repair services rendered by the service department in maintaining my car. Prior to returning to the garage for a routine oil change, I had been browsing random sites on the internet and exploring price checks of specific Toyota models. As I approached Steve Lach, in the service department, he immediately perceived that I was contemplating a vehicle purchase without me stating so. I also commend David Bruce for closely monitoring their website. Steve Lach explained my auto repair options and referred me to a readily available salesman, Kavere Louis. I give David Bruce Toyota dealership 5 stars!!!! There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. They made my husband and I both feel welcomed. Our sale person Kavere Louis was exceptional. He made us feel right at home. Very knowledgeable about the vechical's we were interested in and made every effort to get us where we wanted to be, and he did. The whole process was very quick !!! they got me in a car that was affordable to me adjusted to fit my needs showed me different options and was very polite and considerate they were not pushy I will by my next car threw them very soon.
