Thank for another great experience at your dealership. I traded in my 2016 Ford Expedition which was higher than I looked up on line. I purchased an Explorer ST which handles as well as my bigger Expedition did. My salesman was Alex Cabada and I also dealt with Mike Rothermal. After telling Alex I wanted the vehicle he had The vehicle and paper work ready the next day. Everything went super smooth. Thank you for James who got me a better rate on what I financed and thank you For Jennifer the receptionist that made me feel EXTRA important.

Took my Explorer in today for a warranty repair and oil
Took my Explorer in today for a warranty repair and oil change. They promptly took my vehicle in, diagnosed the repair item and carried out the repair. Competent, quick service. Custmer rep Paul was knowledgeable and helpful.

The interior floor carpeting of my 2019 F150 was getting
The interior floor carpeting of my 2019 F150 was getting wet periodically from rainwater leakage. I took the vehicle to Tamiami Ford, where I purchased it, for leak detection and repair on April 2, 2024. After a few days they called and said the sunroof was leaking and the solution required a full replacement. They told me my cost was $2,221.65 plus tax. I authorized the replacement. They did the work. I picked up the truck and paid them $2,354.95 on April 11, 2024. On August 4th, 2024, the truck flooded again from rainfall in the exact same spot. I have video documentation. I found the location of the leak and fixed it myself. I called the service manager, stated that they did not repair my vehicle, a mistake was made by not finding the actual leak source, sent him the video evidence and asked that upon their review we could discuss reparations. Their response was that they fixed the vehicle properly and that they were done discussing the issue. Subsequent discussions with the dealership VP have yielded no redress to date. Very disappointed with Tamiami Ford’s refusal to admit their mistake and in fairness and good practice refund the cost of the unnecessary work.

Had you brought the truck back to us when it leaked again in August, we would have been more than willing to reassess the situation and make any necessary repairs. Additionally, if another dealer had identified the source of the leak and provided proof, we would have reimbursed you for that repair. We value our customers and strive to provide excellent service. I’ve always had good luck at Tamiami Ford. I’ve been buying cars there for close to 17 years and I’ve gone through several great salesman. Alex Cabada knows exactly what I want when I drive in there. These type of salesman are hard to get Chuck Watson.

I purchased a car from Tamiami Ford from another state.
I purchased a car from Tamiami Ford from another state. I was told they do this often. When I received the car and paperwork I provided my insurance agent that paperwork so they could get me a registration. The RMV informed us the paperwork was incorrect and needed to be done again. I tried to alert the dealership of the problem and that was a real challenge. Finally they completed and sent us a new set of paperwork. That new set went to the RMV. The RMV informed us the second set of paperwork was also wrong. My insurance agent tried several times to call appropriate people at the dealership but could not get a return call. I called and left a VM for the GSM, no return call. I call the finance manager and left 3 VM's, no return call. When I finally did reach him because I asked the woman who answered the phone to see if she could find him he immediately told me he does not answer VM's because he is to busy. The third set of paperwork was the charm. I would never recommend this dealership nor would I do business with them again.
