Pride of ownership

This little Ford Ranger Edge, 2001, has been a joy since purchase in September 2001. Faithful maintenance at Tamiami Ford has always been positive; facility, timeliness, excellence in workmanship and professionalism. When my vehicle has a little attention, its smile is obvious. Mine, also.

Great Dealership.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Tamiami Ford. The first was a Ford Focus and this time I bought a Ford Escape. Both times I got exactly what I wanted in a car. The salesman was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. Financing was quick and easy.

Great sales people. Great experience

Dennis Napel is a great salesman. I knew what I wanted and he was able to make it happen. It wasn't a high pressures sale. I wasn't mobbed by salesmen. I wasn't pressured into buying something more than I could afford. It was a great experience.

GREAT SERVICES AND SALES

MY SALESMAN AND THE FINANCE GUY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND GETTING MY TRANSACTION PROCESSED. MY SALESMAN REVIEWED THE CAR WITH ME AND ITS FEATURES. HOWEVER I HAVE EMAILED THE WOMAN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO REVIEW THE SYNC AND BACK UP ASSISTANCE FEATURES AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER AND THAT WAS LAST WEEK SOMETIME.

Jeff courteous and professional. The price of the plastic cover to replace (over the trunk light) is rediculous - shame on corporate Ford. I would definityl return, though. KT

Mrs. Edith Lilley

Purchased my PT Cruiser 3 yrs ago from Tamiami Ford. Along with a extended warranty. Was pleasantly approved to have the window motor replaced with the warranty. Everyone at the service department was most kind and helpful. Quick Lane will be where I will go for routine maintenance as well as any problems. Thanks to all , Edith Lilley
