Great service

The attention and greeting we get is the best, everyone is very nice and I like that there is always coffee.

Went to service call / got my hopes high

I'm very disappointed with Charlie Clark nissan dealership. They keep calling you to offer you a better deal on the phone and lie bout the rebate to lure you in. They raise your hope on the reps offers but on Paper the offer is different. I went in one week and was offered 8% apr and payments of 655/mo. Went 5 days later and was given payments of 819.00 / mo on the same vehicle. How can that be... Their response was that banks don't like to work on papers for quotes and the customer leaves and come back and so your quotes have changed to higher payments or APR. wow that's really sucks. If they really cared they should help customers more, as we the customers are the ones that make Charlie Clark succeed. May our lord help us. And them . Just went to fix the SUV as it had a recall on it, feeling ?

Terrible place

I guess Charlie is not too worried about his dealerships cause they are terrible. I fault Nissan for this too for allowing a place like Charlie Clark to sell cars when there reps just lie to you.

Hate it

Hate it that every time I come here I get swarmed by sales persons at the gates!! Don't even give me a chance to come all the way in!! As soon as I get rid of the Nissan I currently own, wont ever come back here!

Do NOT SHOP AT BROWNSVILLE'S dealership!!!!!

No doubt, BROWNSVILLE'S Charlie Clark has the worst people working there. The salesman was nice and explained everything. I was happy with his service since he did his job and explained everything well. The manager and director are the most unprofessional and rude employees I have met. I could not believe how bad they treated me. They surely lost a family of loyal customers. Mr. Clark should seriously think about changing directors. That man, I shouldn't even call him that, treated me like nothing. He said he was a busy person and I had to make an appointment a week before to be able to ask him a question. I waited for more than an hour to talk to him and even after that, he treated me worst making fun of me loudly and front on other employees and customers. HE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT HE IS ALSO AN EMPLOYEE AND DOES NOW OWN THAT COMANY. I went to the Harlingen store a day later and bought my car. Super happy with the service. I'll never ever return to the Brownsville store not even for an oil change! Ugh!

THE "CLOSER" FINANCE GUY WAS TERRIBLE!!

THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME I BUY A BRAND NEW CAR AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THE HARLINGEN STORE WAS HORRIBLE!! THE CARSALESMAN DID AN AWESOME JOB EXPLAINING THINGS, BUT WHEN IT CAME TO THE FINANCE GUY HE WAS SOOOOO RUDE!!! NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO POORLY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW I HAVE BAD CREDIT BUT THE "CLOSER" SHOULD NOT HAVE TOLD ME, "WELL PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME IF I WANT A LOWER APR, NO ONE WILL OFFER YOU A 2.99 WITH YOUR CREDIT." THAT'S BECAUSE WE WERE ALREAY APPROVED FOR THE 2.99 WE JUST WANTED TO SEE IF MAYBE THEY HAD A LOWER APR.

Shocked by two extremely rude salesmen

This is my personal experience on 05/25/12 at Charlie Clark Nissan in Harlingen, Texas. My wife and I both have post-graduate degrees and both working professionals. During the negotiation process, the Floor Sales Manager named Ernie (age of mid-late twenties) made an offer which my wife and I were considering. Ernie began to drum his hands loudly on our table while sitting next to us all the while slouched back on his chair while my wife and I talked it over. My wife and I asked for a better price and Ernie said that was the best he could do. We said the price was too high and that we were going to leave. Ernie said kay got up, crumbled the papers and threw them in the trash as he briskly walked away. We expected him to politely reject us but were shocked at his disregard for us and by his lack of professionalism. We left the dealership without an apology for his rude, arrogant behavior which led us to believe that Charlie Clark Nissan management supports this obnoxious attitude or turns a blind eye from it.

Great buying experience

I hate shopping for vehicles. I stopped by simply because I heard a radio ad and didn't expect to be helped. Instead I was greeted and felt welcomed by all the staff. My salesperson was professional and answered all my questions and made my experience quick and painless. I will definitely be buying another car from them.
