Service dept.

Service dept. Mgr. Jason is a liar. Still waiting for my corrected receipt since last month. Called, called but no call back from Jason or manager/supervisor. Very disappointed and disgusted. Hopefully Mission does a better job. Will be given Harlingen Kia a bad review and pass along to friends. There is more to this.

Service department is horrible.

Service department is horrible. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls, they make promises but do not deliver. Four calls answered in Weslaco because Harlingen just won’t answer the telephone. I was transferred twice and they still didn’t answer. They say they will call back but never have called back. Cars just sit there. I don’t think they have mechanics.

Went to get a recall completed on my vehicle and two side

Went to get a recall completed on my vehicle and two side panels of trim that have fallen off. My vehicle was bought about a year ago and these issues are coming up which I understand does happen. The issue is that I had an appointment at 11am and arrived at 1030. I was told that the repairs would take about 2 hours or so. The problem was once they told me it was ready that none of the repairs were completed. Meaning that the sensor on the chair was not repaired but inspected and the side trim that I was told was in stock was not in stock. A small repair that should of taken 2 hours turned into almost 3 hours of absolutely nothing being repaired. The other issue was with the service lady in the front and her complete lack of "I don't care". I would of given a zero if it was possible.

Dealer made the process easy and painless.

Dealer made the process easy and painless. Never made me feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Finance was simple and quick! Wasn't perfect but was happy with my purchase.

This place is a joke.

Where to start..I confirmed with Dru Pena two cars yesterday for viewing and potential purchase today. I drove an hour to this dealership only to be told that neither vehicle is there or can be located. I'm told by Mr. Leija that he wants to "make it right" as I'm looking to buy TWO NEW CARS. Daniel, our sales consultant, was really good but that was the only positive. They take my quotes from another dealership and lowball them by almost 3-4k each. The sales manager JP came out, and performed a master class in screwing up. They were so hard up on the K5 I was going to buy they ignored I told them worry about my wife and the Carnival she was looking at. JP ignored the fact they would get SIX CARS out of this transaction and was hard stuck on $3k total difference. He quite literally SCREWED THE POOCH ON A GUARANTEED SALE OF TWO NEW CARS!! What is even funnier is that one car was going to be purchased outright right then and there with the other being financed. JP literally cost them that sale and incoming inventory. Bravo. I'll be looking elsewhere to buy. This place was literally a sh*tshow, and as a disabled veteran, that's saying something.

The people were very nice and friendly however after my

The people were very nice and friendly however after my purchase the next day I found out that the reason the factory list usually on the side window was missing, they had increased the price about $2000.00 over factory MSRP. I have purchased several vehicles from Bert Ogden and was able to negotiate a favorable price and considered them as honest, now I feel lied to and taken advantage of. Basically cheated.

Best place for your Kia

I live in McAllen TX and have been going to the KIA dealership in Harlingen..I came today because my reverse light bulb was out and I didn't know how to change the bad bulb out..I called and Paul answered and said to bring it down..I just bought the bulbs and he installed it for me and saved me from doing it myself. I have never had any problems with this dealership, they are always kind and very helpful. I will bring my Kia to these guys because they are always willing to help!!

Best place for your Kia

Terrible after signing.

Terrible after sale. Old school trickery and dishonesty. Do not trust them review everything look for scams in contract , in my case i was charged for items not even included with car and after being called out no answer or response.

Ideal service Experience

Service was just great total from repairs to things to do at the dealership, plus Paul offered transportation if I needed it. Not to mention I got my Car back after 1 Hour or less Thanks Bert Ogden
