Fix my car

Service was fast And the people were very polite My car was in-and-out in a very timely fashion They were constantly calling me and giving me updates on my car The offer me a wry go drop me off game a little coupon for a free car wash Over all the services all in very very good at spikes

Worst service department anywhere

I had a problem with my navigation system, which includes, radio, GPS , cameras and phone contacts. I went by the dealership and eas told that I would have to wait a week before they could even look at the problem. After a couple of weeks I went back and left the vehicle. The next day I was told that a part would have to be ordered and I could pick it up and they would call me when the part arrived. Almost a month later, no call. I called the service desk and they told me that the part had arrived 4 days ago. I'm not sure if they expect people to read minds or what . I finally took the vehicle but had to leave it over night and struggle to find a ride home and work the next day. I asked to speak to the supervisor to explain the inconvenience and lack of concern by his staff. Long story short, he made it clear he didn't care and even offer me to do what he called a voluntary repo of my vehicle when I asked if I could return it and purchase another one somewhere else. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never purchase another car at this dealership and warn anyone that if you ever need to service your vehicle, you are in for some serious frustration here.
