My take regarding Champion Porsche and Drew is that they are pleasant knowledgeable, efficient and I had a great experience.

The process was very easy. Drew was very efficient and welcoming. Receiving videos from the technician describing the car evaluation and what was needed offered a level of transparency I have never experienced and very much appreciated. Being able to communicate via text made it very easy to communicate although Drew made sure to call me directly every step of the way, her support was unparalleled.

The initial greeting from the young lady in front was tepid at best. She seemed uninterested and was not helpful. After walking to the front, was able to find more helpful staff.

Champion sets the standard of what customer service in the automotive industry should be. A special shot out to Jefrey Rodriguez. Excellent as always

The service advisor (Jefry) was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. I don't reacall the name of the young lady who did the paperwork for my loaner car but I also found her to be pleasant and professional. My only negative comment would be that it is very difficult to schedule work at Champion as the service department seems to always be very busy.
